| المستخلص: | الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده . أما بعد، فعنوان البحث هو "منهج أهل السنة والجماعة في الإمامة الكبرى ". وقد احتوى هذا البحث على مقدمة، وأربعة فصول، وخاتمة، وفهارس . والمقدمة : تشتمل على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وخطة البحث، ومنهج البحث. الفصل الأول : تعريفات وقواعد لأهل السنة والجماعة، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث : تعريف أهل السنة والجماعة، الحث على لزوم الجماعة والنهي عن الفرقة، الاعتصام بالكتاب والسنة. الفصل الثاني : مكانة الإمامة في الإسلام، وفيه مباحث : تعريف الإمامة، وحكمها، ومنزلتها، وطرق البيعة. الفصل الثالث : ضوابط الإمامة في الإسلام، وفيه مباحث : شروط الإمام، وواجباته. الفصل الرابع : حقوق الإمام على الرعية وفيه مباحث : السمع والطاعة، النصيحة، النصرة والجهاد، الدعاء لهم بالصلاح، الصلاة خلفهم، الصبر على جورهم، عدم الخروج عليهم. ثم الخاتمة : وفيها أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها. وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد واله وصحبه أجمعين. All praise is due to Allah alone and may Allah exalt the mention and send blessings to the one who there is no prophet after. Having said so: The title of this research is “The methodology of Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah regarding the major Imamate”. This research contains an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion and indexes. The introduction: includes the importance of the subject, the reasons for choosing it, the research proposal and the research methodology. Chapter I: The definitions and principals of Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah. This chapter includes three topics: the definition of Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah. Encouragement of unity and discouragement of splitting. Holding on to the Qur'an and the Sunnah. Chapter II: The status of the Imamate in Islam. This chapter includes the following topics: the definition of the Imamate, its ruling and status, as well as the ways that bay'ah (pledge of allegiance) can be conducted. Chapter III: The criterions of Imamate in Islam. This chapter includes the following topics: the requirements of becoming a leader and his responsibilities. Chapter IV : The obligatory duties that the people have to do for their leader. This chapter includes the following topics: Hearing and obedience to the leader, advising and aiding him, making Jihad together with him, supplicating for him, praying behind him, having patience with his oppression and not making revolution against him. After that comes the conclusion: and it includes the most important results that I achieved during the research. May Allah exalt the mention and send blessings on our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions. |
