| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف المشكلات النفسية والتربوية التي تواجه طالبات التربية العملية في كلية التربية الأساسية. ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة بتطبيق استبانة صممت بطريقة تفي بأهداف الدراسة، وقسمت الاستبانة إل ستة أبعاد، هي: البعد المتعلق بالإعداد الأكاديمي والتربوي، البعد المتعلق بالحالة النفسية للطالبة، البعد المتعلق بمدارس التدريب الميداني، البعد المتعلق بالإشراف على التربية العملية، البعد المتعلق بالتخطيط وتنفيذ الدروس، البعد المتعلق بالتقويم تكونت عينة الدراسة من (207) طالبات/ معلمات في التربية العملية في تخصصات مختلفة. واستخرجت الباحثة المتوسطات الحسابية والنسب المئوية للمتوسطات لاستجابات الطالبات / المعلمات، وتم بناء معيار للحكم على أهم المشكلات النفسية والتربوية التي تواجه الطالبات / المعلمات، واستخدمت اختبار T-test للفروق بين المتوسطات. أظهرت النتائج أن كلا من بعد الإعداد الأكاديمي والتربوي، وبعد الحالة النفسية للطالبة، وبعد مدارس التدريب، والتخطيط وتنفيذ الدروس تقع في فئة متوسط الأهمية من وجهة نظر الطالبات المعلمات، وجاء بعد الإشراف على التربية العملية ضمن فئة غير مهم، أما بالنسبة لبعد التقويم فقد وقع بين فئة غير مهم ومتوسط الأهمية. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات الطالبات / المعلمات التخصص العام والتخصص النوعي لطبيعة المشكلات تبعاً للاستبانة ككل عند مستوى (0.00) لصالح التخصص النوعي (الطالبات المتعلمات في تخصص تربية فنية -تربية بدنية — اقتصاد منزلي). The current study aimed to identify the psychological and educational problems faced by students of practical education at the Faculty of Basic Education. To achieve this, the researcher applied a questionnaire designed to meet the objectives of the study, and divided the questionnaire into six dimensions: the dimension related to academic and educational preparation, the dimension related to the psychological state of the student, the dimension related to field training schools, and the dimension related to the supervision of practical education, dimension of the planning and implementation of the lessons, the dimension related to the evaluation of the sample. The study sample consisted of (207) students/teachers in practical education in different disciplines. The researcher extracted the arithmetic averages and percentages of the averages for female students' responses. The criterion was built to judge the most important psychological and pedagogical problems facing female students. The T-test was used for the differences among the averages. The results showed that after the academic and educational preparation, after the psychological condition of the student, and after the training schools, the planning and implementation of the lessons fall into the category of the average importance from the point of view of the female teachers, and came after supervising the practical education in an unimportant category, Between an unimportant and an average importance category. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average of the female students/ teachers assessments, the general specialization, and the qualitative specialization of the nature of the problems according to the questionnaire as a whole at the level of (0.00) in favor of the specialization (Female students in the field of art education - physical education - home economic)\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
