| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق نظام دعم القرارات بوزارة التعليم العالي في مصر، وتضمنت الدراسة الأسس النظرية لنظام دعم القرارات في ضوء الفكر الإداري المعاصر، وعرضها لواقع نظام دعم القرارات بوزارة التعليم العالي في مصر، ومعرفة جوانب القوة والضعف في نظام دعم القرارات بوزارة التعليم العالي في مصر، وما توصلت إليه الدراسة لتحديد متطلبات تطبيق نظام دعم القرارات بوزارة التعليم العالي في مصر. وهدفت الدراسة إلى التوصل لعدة متطلبات لتطبيق نظام دعم القرارات بوزارة التعليم العالي في مصر، وبناء على ذلك حاولت الدراسة الإجابة على الأسئلة التالية: س1: ما الأسس النظرية لنظام دعم القرارات في ضوء الفكر الإداري المعاصر؟ س2: ما واقع تطبيق نظام دعم القرارات بوزارة التعليم العالي في مصر؟ س3: ما المتطلبات المقترحة لتطبيق نظام دعم القرارات بوزارة التعليم العالي في مصر؟ من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي يعتمد على جمع المعلومات والبيانات والحقائق حول الظاهرة موضوع البحث، ثم القيام بتحليلها بهدف معرفة نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف، وفي الدراسة الحالية يتم اتباع الخطوات المنهجية التالية: 1. تحديد الأسس النظرية لنظام دعم القرارات في التعليم العالي في ضوء الفكر الإداري المعاصر. 2. وصف وتشخيص واقع تطبيق نظام دعم القرارات بوزارة التعليم العالي في مصر. 3. وضع مجموعة من متطلبات تطبيق نظام دعم القرارات بوزارة التعليم العالي في مصر. This study aims at identifying the Requirements of applying the decision making support system at the ministry of higher education in Egypt. The study included the theoretical bases for the decision support system in light of contemporary administrative thought and the extent to which it reflects the current decision support system at the ministry of higher education in Egypt as well as its weaknesses and strengths. This study also aims at identifying the requisites for applying the decision support system at the ministry of higher education in Egypt. This study aims at reaching a number of requirements necessary for applying the decision making support system at the ministry of higher education in Egypt. Bearing this in mind, this study aims at answering the following research Questions: Ql-What are the theoretical bases for the decision making support system in light of the contemporary administrative thought? Q2- What is the reality for Application the decision making support system at the ministry of higher education? Q3-What are the suggested requirements for applying the system the ministry of higher education in Egypt. ? For the sake of this study, the descriptive approach that depends on collecting data about the topic is adopted. Then I analyses the data to identity points of weaknesses and strengths as follows: 1-Determination of the conceptual basis of the decision support system in higher education In the light of contemporary administrative thought. 2-Description and diagnosis of the reality of the application the system at the ministry decision support system at the ministry of higher education in Egypt. 3-Develop a set of application requirements the decision support system at the ministry of higher education in Egypt. |
