| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى المعوقات الشخصية وغير الشخصية للبحث العلمي كما يدركها أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات الفلسطينية بغزة ، أجريت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (164) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد استبيان معوقات البحث العلمي الشخصية وغير الشخصية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ارتفاع معوقات البحث العلمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس وكانت نسبة المعوقات غير الشخصية ممثلة في المعوقات المالية (73.7%) والإدارية (72.6%) تلتها المعوقات الشخصية ممثلة في المعوقات الاجتماعية (71.3%) والنفسية (70.2%) والمعرفية (65.2%), كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في معوقات البحث العلمي تعزى لجنس عضو هيئة التدريس أو لرتبته العلمية (أستاذ دكتور – أستاذ مشارك – أستاذ مساعد) أو الكلية (العلوم – التربية – الآداب) كما لم تجد الدراسة فروقاً في معوقات البحث العلمي الشخصية تعزى للجامعة التي يعمل فيها (الأقصى – الإسلامية – الأزهر)، في حين ظهرت الفروق في المعوقات غير الشخصية والمتمثلة في المعوقات المالية لصالح جامعة الأقصى، والمعوقات الإدارية لصالح جامعة الأقصى والأزهر. Abstract: This study aims to recognize the personal and non- personal impediments of scientific research as realized by the teaching staff at Palestinian universities in Gaza. The study was applied on a sample consisted of (164) members of the teaching staff to investigate this study objective the researcher has prepared a questionnaire about the personal and non – personal impediments of scientific research. The study has concluded that there is a high level of scientific research impediments related to teaching staff whereas the non- personal impediments percentage represented in financial ones( 73.7%) administrative ones (72.2%) after that follows the personal impediments represented in social ones (71.3%), psychological ones (70.2%) and cognitive ones( 65.2%). The results of the study have revealed no significant difference of scientific impediments related to the sex of the teaching staff on the academic rank (professor, associate professor, assistant professor) or the Faculty (Science-Education- Arts) The study also found no significant differences of personal scientific research impediments relevant to Al-Aqsa – Islamic – Al-Azhar) universities where the study has revealed differences in non- personal impediments ( the financial ones towards Al-Aqsa University and the administrative ones towards Al-Aqsa and Al- Azhar universities |
