| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد تصور مقترح لبيئة تدريب إلكتروني تشاركي متمايز قائمة على بعض أدوات الويب 2.0 التشاركية وهي: أداة التدوين المصغر Twitter، محررات الويب التشاركية Wiki والتدوين المرئي عبر الويب Videocasting، وناقل الأخبار Rss، وGoogle+ مع إمكانية إضافة المدونات Blogs وذلك بعد القيام بالتعرف على مدي مناسبة بيئة التدريب الإلكتروني على نظام (البلاك بورد Blackboard) وأدواته المختلفة الحالية للمتدربات في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن. وكذلك التعرف على تطلعات اعضاء هيئة التدريس فى الجامعة لتطوير عملية التدريب الالكتروني ومن ثم تحديد التصميم المناسب للبيئة المقترحة وفقا لنموذج من نماذج التصميم التعليمي الخاصة بالتعليم والتدريب الإلكتروني، وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (30) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس اللاتي اجتزن البرنامج التدريبي الالكترونى على نظام ادارة التعلم ( البلاك بورد blackboard ) وأدواته المختلفة خلال العام الجامعي (2014/2015) وأظهرت النتائج التوصل إلى تحديد مدى مناسبة طريقة التدريب الالكترونى المتبعة على نظام ادارة التعلم (البلاك بورد blackboard) وأدواته المختلفة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، إذ أشارت النتائج اى ان نسبة (30%) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس يرين عدم مناسبتها لهن، وكذلك أسفرت النتائج عن التعرف على ملاحظات وتطلعات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتطوير البرنامج المذكور ومن ثم التوصل لتصور مقترح لبيئة تدريب الكترونى تشاركى متمايز مبني علي تلك التطلعات وعلى نموذج من نماذج التصميم التعليمي المناسبة لمثل تلك البيئات وفقا للتوجهات المستقبلية فى تصميم بيئات التدريب الالكترونى مع تحديد فكرة التصور المقترح ومبرراته وأهدافه ومتطلبات تنفيذه. | ||
| 520 | |b This work aims to prepare a proposed studyon aDistinguished Participative E-Training Environment based on some of Web 2.0 participative tools. The tools are Micro-Blogging twitter Participative Web Editors -Wiki and Visual Blogging through Web -Video-Casting. As well as News Carrier -Rss and Google+ with possibility of adding Blogs. That will occur after determining the appropriateness of E-learning environment to Blackboard system and its current various tools among trainees of Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. Along with determining the aspirations of faculty members of the university for the development of e-learning process. Then determining the appropriate design of the proposed environment according to the one of instructional design models on education and e training. The study sample consists of (30) faculty members who passed the e-training program using Learning Management System, Blackboard and its various tools during the 2014-2015 academic year The study results determine the extent of reaching an appropriate e-training method followed from the viewpoint of faculty members. The results indicate that the percentage of (30 %) of the faculty members see that the Blackboard system-is not appropriate to them. Moreover, the results identify the observations and aspirations of faculty members for the development of the mentioned programs. Then, reaches a conceived proposal for a differentiated participative e-learning environment based on those aspirations and one of the instructional design models suitable for such environments. That is in accordance with the future trends of designing e-learning environments and determining the idea of this proposed study and its justifications, objectives and implementation requirements. | ||
