| المستخلص: | There has been a lot of talks today about the term “new media,” which has overrun the details of human life, especially the area of communication and communication between individuals, whether they belong to one society or societies of different ideas, customs, and traditions.\nOn the other hand, the terrible technological and information development taking place in all fields, which drives men to keep up with that and go along with it day after day, without leaving him the chance to take a break to catch his breath. The individual who lives in the age of speed keeps getting acquainted with technology, then a new technology, and then emerges a second one which is more sophisticated and makes him forgets the advantages of the former very fast.\nIt is worth mentioning that the new concept of media has always been linked to the technical and technological development of media and communication. Technology generally exerts pressure on the individual within society, and the consequences of this pressure are reflected in changes in the behavior of the latter associated with his lifestyle (thinking, eating, clothing, housing, way of communicating with peers, etc.).\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 كثر الحديث في ايامنا هذه عن مصطلح " الاعلام الجديد " ،الذي اكتسح تفاصيل الحياة البشرية خاصة مجال الاتصال و التواصل بين الافراد ، سواء كان هؤلاء ينتمون الى مجتمع واحد او الى مجتمعات مختلفة الافكار و العادات و التقاليد .\nمن ناحية اخرى ، التطور التكنولوجي و المعلوماتي الرهيب الحاصل في جميع المجالات والذي يدفع الانسان الى مواكبته و مجاراته يوما بعد يوم ، دون ان يترك له فرصة اخذ استراحة يلتقط من خلالها انفاسه فالفرد الذي يعيش -عصر السرعة- ما ينفك ان يتعرف على تكنولوجيا او تقنية جديدة الا وتظهر واحدة ثانية اكثر تطورا و سرعة تنسيه مزايا الاولى .\nو الجدير بالذكر انه تم دائما ربط مفهوم الاعلام الجديد بالتطور التقني و التكنولوجي لوسائل الاعلام و الاتصال ، فالتكنولوجيا بصفة عامة تمارس ضغط على الفرد داخل المجتمع ، ونتائج هذا الضغط تتجلى في التغيرات التي تطرأ على سلوك هذا الاخير المرتبط بنمط معيشته ( تفكيره ، اكله ، لباسه ، مسكنه ، طريقة التواصل مع اقرانه ،...الخ) . De nos jours, on évoquent souvent le terme «nouveaux medias » cette expression qui a pu conquérir les différents domaines de la vie humaine, parmi ces domaines figure celui de la communication et de la communication entre individus, qu’ils appartiennes a la même communauté ou bien qu’ils font partie d’une toute autre communauté ; ayant leurs propres idées, habitudes et traditions.\n\nD’autre part, le développement accéléré des technologies de l’information et de la communication exerce une véritable pression sur l’être humain qui est soumis chaque jour à des nouvelles techniques avec qui il doit s’adapter au quotidien.\n Cette adaptation ce manifeste a travers les changements du caractère liée a ses idées, sa façon de s’habillait, de manger, et surtout de communiquer. |
