| المستخلص: | Des voix scientifiques s’élèvent ces derniers temps pour demander de libérer le champ de la recherche scientifique dans tous les domaines et ce par exemple dans le domaine du génie Génétique ( Clonage humain technologie de la procréation artificielle ) et surtout après les tentatives sur l’homme vu les applications réussies sur les pla\nntes et les animaux.\nMais est-il permis de transgresser l’éthique pour des fins scientifiques ?\nJusqu’à quel point l’éthique et même la loi permettront – elles cela ?\nOu bien cela restera –t –il de la théorie seulement ou bien la décision finale ou le dernier mot sera- t-il du ressort de la recherche et des laboratoires scientifiques ?\nC’est pourquoi sont apparues d’autres voix celles des spécialistes de l’éthique et des hommes de religion pour dénoncer cette pratique la considérant comme une atteinte à la dignité et à la sacralité de l’être humain et demandant pour cela l’arrêt immédiat du projet du génome humain. Scientific voices have recently been raised asking for the release of the field of scientific research in all fields, for example in the field of Genetic Engineering (Human Cloning technology of artificial reproduction) and especially after the attempts on this field. Man found successful applications on plants and animals.\nBut is it permissible to transcend ethics for scientific purposes?\nTo what extent will ethics and even the law allow this?\nOr will it remain the theory only or the final decision or the last word will be the responsibility of researches and scientific laboratories?\nThis is why other voices have emerged from those of ethics specialists and men of religion to denounce this practice as an attack on the dignity and sanctity of the human being and for that reason calling for a stop of the human genome project.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
