| المستخلص: | قد أصبح من المستقر في واقع التعامل الدولي ضرورة حماية الأطفال من خطر النزاعات المسلحة، وعدم استهدافهم أو تعريضهم لأية أعمال عسكرية، وتمنح قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني للأطفال حماية واسعة النطاق، ففي حالة نشوب أي نزاع مسلح يستفيد الأطفال من الحماية العامة الممنوحة للأشخاص المدنيين، وبناء عليه، تكفل لهم المعاملة الإنسانية، وتطبق عليهم قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، كما يستفيد الأطفال من الحماية الخاصة بصفتهم أطفال يحتاجون للحماية بشكل خاص أثناء النزاعات المسلحة. The protection of children in armed conflict has become important in international relations. Their putting in danger became strictly prohibited. The rules of international humanitarian law give children a large protection. In the case of an armed conflict, children benefit from the protection given to civilians. There are treated in a human way and benefit from the rules of international humanitarian law. In addition, children benefit from a special protection as children during the armed conflict. La protection des enfants dans les conflits armés est devenue importante dans les relations internationales. Les mettre en danger est devenu strictement interdit. Les règles de droit international humanitaire donnent aux enfants une protection large. Dans le cas d'un conflit armé, les enfants bénéficient de la protection donnée aux personnes civiles. Ils sont traités d'une façon humaine et bénéficient des règles de droit international humanitaire. En outre, les enfants bénéficient d'une protection spéciale autant qu'enfants durant les conflits armés. |
