| المستخلص: | تعددت أسباب الطلاق في المجتمع الجزائري بتعدد المشاكل بين الزوجين، كما أصبحت تتميّز بالتعقيد وصعوبة التشخيص، الأمر الذي دفع بالمنشغلين بهذه الظاهرة إلى بذل جهود كبيرة سواء في ميدان التشريع وسنّ القوانين التي تتناسب مع الطبيعة المستجدة للمشاكل الزوجية، أو في الميادين الاجتماعية والنفسية والدينية بُغية الوصول إلى علاجات وتفاسير للأسباب التي تدفع بالزوجين أو أحدهما إلى اتخاذ قرار إنهاء الرابطة الزوجية.\n سنحاول إبراز أهمية الدور الذي يمكن أن يقوم به المرشد الاجتماعي في توصيف وتصنيف طبيعة ونوع الأسباب الدافعة إلى حدوث الطلاق بين الزوجين، إضافة إلى المساهمة التي يمكن أن يقدّمها في حلحلة وعلاج هذه الأسباب وكذا إمكانية الوقاية منها من خلال الدورات التكوينية التي تستهدف الأزواج في كل أشواط الحياة الزوجية أي قبل الزواج وبعده، كما تستهدف أيضا المحيط الاجتماعي للزوجين باعتباره طرفا فاعلا في كثير من الأحيان ومؤثرا في إحداث الطلاق أو في منع وقوعه. The causes of divorce in Algerian society have been compounded by the multiplicity of problems between the spouses. They have become complex and difficult to diagnose. This has led the concerned persons to exert considerable efforts in the field of legislation and the enactment of laws that are compatible with the emerging nature of marital problems or in the social, psychological and religious fields to reach treatments and interpretations for the reasons that lead the couples or one of them to decide to terminate the marital relationship.\nWe will try to highlight the importance of the role that can be played by the social guide in the characterization and classification of the nature and type of reasons leading to divorce between spouses, in addition to the contribution that can be provided in the solution and treatment of these reasons and the possibility of prevention through training courses targeting couples in every phase of marital life, before and after marriage, as well as the social environment of the couples as an effective and influential part in causing or preventing divorce in many cases\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
