| المستخلص: | Although striking a balance between the freedom of the press and the right to privacy is from the delicate and difficult matters, both rights rise to the level of constitutional principles and are equally powerful. However, civil protection of the right to private life against assault by the press achieves a kind of balance in spite of its lack of deterrence, especially in respect to stopping and assault when it has begun or preventing the assault before it begins, by adopting one of the preventive measures provided for in the comparative civil laws. It is also not possible to deny the role of compensation for assault, especially if it was of some significance.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 Bien que l’équilibre entre la liberté de la presse et le droit à la vie privée sont des choses minutes et difficiles, car les deux droits s’élèvent au niveau de principes constitutionnelles, comme ils ont le même degré de force, Néanmoins la protection civile du droit à la vie privée des agression médiatique concrétise telle équilibre en dépit de son manque de dissuasion en particulier dans l’arrêt d’agression lorsqu’elle commence ou on la prive avant qu’elle ne commence en prenant l’une des procédures préventives. Comme il ne peut pas également nier le rôle de la compensation d’agression si elle est sincèrement très importante على الرغم من أن تحقيق التوازن بين حرية الصحافة و الحق في الحياة الخاصة من الأمور الدقيقة والصعبة، لان كلا الحقين يرتقيان الى مصاف المبادئ الدستورية، كما أنهما على نفس درجة القوة، إلا أن الحماية المدنية للحق في الحياة الخاصة من اعتداءات الصحافة تحقق نوعا من التوازن رقم افتقارها الى الردع، خاصة في وقف الاعتداء إذا بدا أو منعه قبل أن يبدأ باتخاذ إحدى الإجراءات الوقائية المنصوص عليها في القوانين المدنية المقارنة. كما أنه لا يمكن إنكار دور التعويض عن الاعتداء خصوصا إذا كان على درجة من الأهمية |
