| المستخلص: | The study examined the problematic relationship between the national security of the Arab Mashreq (Eastern) countries and the Iranian nuclear program, in light of concerns about the deterioration of the Arab security situation as a result of the sectarian politicization pursued by Iran towards the Arab region. A matter which derives its strength from structural and historical elements supported by the development of its nuclear program, which has received international recognition.\nThe study addressed the issue of problematic divergence in respect to the concept of national security and its objectives between Arab countries and Iran. It revealed the strategic objectives of the Iranian nuclear program and the position of Arab and regional countries towards them. It concluded that the Iranian nuclear program led to the emergence of various security strategies which have imposed themselves as security systems upon the Eastern Arab states.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 بحثت الدراسة في إشكالية العلاقة بين الأمن القومي لدول المشرق العربي والبرنامج النووي الإيراني، في ظـل هواجس التخوف من تردي الوضع الأمني العربي نتيجة للتسييس الطائفي الذي تتبعه إيران تجاه المنطقة العربية، والذي تستمد قوتها فيه من مقومات بنيوية وتاريخية مدعومة بتطور برنامجها النووي، والذي لاقا اعترافا دوليا. \nوقد تناولت الدراسة إشكالية التباين في مفهوم الأمن القومي وأهدافه بين الدول العربية وإيران، حيث كشفت عن الأهداف الاستراتيجية للبرنامج النووي الإيراني وموقف الدول العربية والإقليمية منها، وتوصـلت إلى أن البرنـامج النووي الإيراني أدى إلى بروز عدة استراتيجيات أمنية متنوعة فرضت نفسها كمنظومات أمنية علـى الـدول العربيـة المشرقية. \n |
