| المستخلص: | This study aims to illustrate the different relations that existed between the province of Tunisia during the time of Bai Hamouda Pasha and the rest of the Maghrebi provinces, whilst excluding the Far Maghreb from the terminology by our scrutiny, which fell outside the scope of the Ottoman state.\nIn our study, we have focused on the various relations which joined the province of Tunisia with its neighbors; political, diplomatic and even commercial relations. We will note that the province of Tunisia had managed to gain a privileged position in the western Mediterranean basin.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. Cette étude vise a démontrer les différentes relations entre la régence Tunisienne a l’ère de Hamouda Bacha et les autres régences Maghrébines voisines.\nNous mettons le point sur ces rapports qui les réunissent ou les relations،aussi bien dans le domaine politique، Diplomatique، et même Économique commerciale.\nNous remarquons a la fin que la Régence de Tunis s’est forger une place importante\n(Considérable) Dans le bassin ouest de la méditerranée\n تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مختلف العلاقات التي كانت بين ايالة تونس في عهد الباي حمودة باشا وباقي الايالات المغاربية إذا استثنينا بتدقيقنا في المصطلحات المغرب الاقصى، حيث كانت خارجة عن نطاق الدولة العثمانية \n وقد ركزنا في دراستنا عن مختلف العلاقات التي كانت تجمع ايالة تونس بجاراتها. السياسية، الدبلوماسية وحتى التجارية سنلاحظ من خلال هذه العلاقات ان ايالة تونس استطاعت ان تكسب مكانة متميزة في الحوض الغربي للبحر المتوسط. |
