| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم الغنى والفقر في الفقه الاسلامي، وقد تعرض الباحث لهذا الموضوع من الجوانب الآتية: التعريف بداية لمعنى الغنى والفقر لغة واصطلاحا والألفاظ ذات الصلة، ومن ثم عرض الآراء الواردة حولها، ونهجت فيه نهج الدراسة الفقهية المقارنة، ومن ثم بيان ماهية حد الكفاية وتوجهات الفقهاء في تحديدها، ومن ثم تناول مسألة حكم السؤال، وحد الغنى الذي يحرم معه السؤال وأخذ الزكاة، مع أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث. This research deals with the concept of wealth and poverty in Islamic jurisprudence, has been a researcher for the subject of the following aspects: definition of the beginning of the meaning of wealth and poverty and idiomatically and wordy relevant language, and then display all views around, with comparative jurisprudence study between the sects approach, and then indicate what extent efficiency and trends identified in the jurists, and then address the question of the prohibition of the question United riches which deprives him the question,nm and taking Zakat, with the main findings of the researcher. |
