| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الأسباب التربوية والنفسية والاجتماعية للعنف المدرسي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، ومن خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة عشوائية أخذت من ثانوية متعددة الاختصاصات بدائرة معاثقة والتي بلغت 40 أستاذاً،وعلى إثرها تم صياغة ثلاث فرضيات وهي: تختلف أسباب العنف المدرسي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة باختلاف الأسباب.أما الفرضية الثانية: توجد فروق بين متوسط إجابات الأساتذة حول أسباب العنف المدرسي تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية. وأخيرا توجد فروق بين الجنسين في أسباب العنف المدرسي لدى الأساتذة.\nوقد تم الاستعانة في جمع المعلومات بأداة من أدوات البحث العلمي وهو الاستبيان وبعد حصولنا على الإجابات قمنا بتفريغها ومعالجتها وتحليلها تم الحصول على النتائج التالية:\n-\tتختلف أسباب العنف المدرسي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة باختلاف الأسباب.\n-\tلا توجد فروق بين متوسط إجابات الأساتذة حول أسباب العنف المدرسي تبعا لمتغير الاقدمية.\n-\tلا توجد فروق بين الجنسين حول أسباب العنف المدرسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي The study aimed to reveal the educational, psychological and social causes of school violence from the point of view of secondary school teachers. Through a field study conducted on a random sample taken from a multidisciplinary high school in a department with 40 professors, three hypotheses were formulated: The causes of school violence vary from the point of view of teachers depending on the causes. The second hypothesis is that there are differences between the average teachers' answers on the causes of school violence according to the variable of seniority. Finally, there are gender differences in the causes of school violence among teachers.\nThe information was collected using a scientific research tool, the questionnaire. After we received the answers, we processed and analyzed them and the following results were obtained:\n- The causes of violence in schools vary from the point of view of teachers, depending on the causes.\n- There are no differences between the average teachers' answers on the causes of school violence depending on the seniority variant.\n- There are no gender differences on the causes of violence in schools among secondary school teachers\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
