| المستخلص: | The Family is considered the first core of the Islamic society; it is the stronghold that holds its entity and its cohesion. That is why the holly Quran called the joining between man and woman as a thick link, as a sign to the high importance of family in Islam. the holly Quran has given specific provisions and teachings to reserve its continuation and stability, it was not let to desires and personal interests, so Quran tightened what is constant and permanent, and let what is variable to the tradition and interest. The holly Quran determined the obligations and rights for the married couple and the their children, this Quranic delicate interest about the family is consistent with the human soul, a human soul that cannot achieve its civilizational role without stability and serenity which is the basic key to achieve success according to the Quranic conception. That is why Quran has guided out to hold on to the foundations and principals of the family managements, which are the fundamental factors to accomplish stability تعتبر الأسرة النواة الأولى التي يبنى عليها المجتمع المسلم، فهي الحصن الذي يحفظ كيانه وتماسكه، لذلك سمى القرآن الكريم ارتباط الرجل بالمرأة بالميثاق الغليظ؛ إشارة منه إلى تلك المكانة الراقية للأسرة في الإسلام، والقرآن الكريم قد خصها بتعاليم وأحكام تحفظ دوامها واستقرارها، فلم يجعلها خاضعة للأهواء والمصالح الشخصية، فأحكم ما شأنه الثبات والدوام، وأرجع ما شأنه التغير إلى المصلحة والعرف، وفصل القول في الحقوق والواجبات لكل من الزوجين والأبناء، فهذا الاهتمام القرآني الدقيق بشأن الأسرة ينسجم مع النفس الإنسانية التي لا يمكن لها أن تحقق دورها الحضاري إلا في بيئة من الاستقرار والسكينة الذي يعتبر الأساس في تحقيق النجاح وفق التصور القرآني، لذا فقد أرشد القرآن الكريم إلى الاستمساك بأسس ومبادى التدبير الأسري التي هي عوامل أساسية في تحقيق ذلك الاستقرار. |
