| 520 | |a يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز دور الجامعة في تحقيق التنمية بجميع أبعادها، حيث أصبح لا يقتصر دور الجامعات على التعليم وتخريج الكوادر البشرية التي سيوكل إليها أمر تنفيذ الخط التنموية، بل تعدي ذلك ليشمل مجالين مهمين وهما إجراء البحوث العلمية الموجهة لخدمة خطط التنمية، وخدمة المجتمع من خلال استحداث مراكز خاصة بهذا النوع من الخدمة، وقد أثبتت الدراسات وجود علاقة بين كل من هذا الوظائف للجامعة وبين جانب أو أكثر من جوانب التنمية، هذه الأخيرة التي لا يمكن تحقيقها إذا لم تكن المؤسسة الجامعية أحد أهم الأدوات التنفيذية لهذا المطلب الإنساني. | ||
| 520 | |b The university is considered as a pole of intellectual and scientific spread, and a source of awareness of development that promises to achieve a decent human life. It must act to promote the awareness about the world’s problems, and to mobilize itself and its students and the whole community to confront and to contribute in order to make the future and to participate in the human civilization by cooperating with all the elements of the universal social system, thus it is depending on the university to realize the welfare and overall development, through what it has undertaken by the miscellaneous roles and comprehensive development (human resource development, scientific research, community service) in which the development cannot be achieved without making the university one of the operational tools for this humanitarian requirement, but rather the first tool that leads to the qualified development for the advancement of communities. | ||
