| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الأملاك الوقفية في ولاية تلمسان، من خلال تقديم إحصاء تفصيلي للأملاك الوقفية بما فيها المساجد، وكذا التطرق إلى الوضعية المالية للأوقاف، ممثلة في الإيرادات الوقفية، كما تمت الإشارة إلى معدلات إيجار الأصول الوقفية الممولة للحساب الوقفي الولائي Cette étude vise à examiner le patrimoine du waqf dans la wilaya de Tlemcen, par la fourniture d’un recensement détaillé de patrimoine du waqf, y compris les mosqués. On a étudié la situation financière du waqf, représentée par les revenus du waqf et les taux de loyer qui finance le compte du waqf de la wilaya.
