| المستخلص: | Les lacs de Bizerte jouissent d’une valeur économique grâce à 1 abondance des poissons, liée depuis longtemps à des anciens systèmes d>exploitation dont on cite celui de l’amodiation de pêche, qui était une source de revenus pour bÉtat et les amodiataires. Mais, l’activité de pêche sera influencée par l’intervention coloniale capitaliste et militaire dans les lacs. Les pêcheurs Tunisiens tout en souffrant de marginalisation et d’exclusion vont recourir aux plaintes afin de protéger leur activité. تتمتع بحيرات بنزرت بقيمة اقتصادية بفضل ما تحظى به من ثروة سمكية ارتبطت لفترات طويلة بنظم استغلال عريقة ومتنوعة تعكس أهميتها، لعل من أبرزها نظام "اللزمة" الذي كان مصدر دخل هام للدولة وللمتسوغين من الأجانب أو المحليين. إلا أن هذا القطاع سيتأثر بالتدخل الاستعماري الرأسمالي والعسكري في بحيرتي بنزرت وإشكل من خلال احتكار الصيد من قبل شركة ميناء بنزرت وإخضاع البحيرتين إلى النشاط العسكري، وما اتخذه كل طرف من إجراءات لحماية مصالحه. وهو ما سينعكس على الثروة السمكية وعلى الصيادين الذين أصبحوا يعانون من التهميش والإقصاء، فلم يجدوا سوى تقديم الشكاوى في محاولة للحفاظ على نشاطهم. The lakes of Bizerte enjoy economic value thanks to the abundance of fish, long associated with older operating systems that are mentioned in the fishing farm-in, which was a source of revenue for the state and the lessees. But fishing activity will be influenced by the capitalist and colonial military intervention in the lakes. Tunisian fishermen while suffering from marginalization and exclusion will resort to complaints in order to protect their business. |
