| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخدمات التي تقدمها مراكز الحماية المدنية بمدينة دمنهور، وتحديد نمط التوزيع الجغرافي لمراكز الحماية المدنية بالمدينة وتقييمه، إضافة إلى إلقاء الضوء على العلاقات المكانية بين مراكز الحماية المدنية، والمتغيرات الجغرافية المحيطة بها، والتعرف على كفاية التوزيع الحالي لمراكز الحماية المدنية وكفاءتها، وكذلك تحديد مجال النفوذ المكاني لمراكز الحماية المدنية بمدينة دمنهور، وتبيان أهميتها المكانية، ورصد المشكلات التي تواجه تقديم الخدمة بالمدينة، ووضع الحلول المناسبة لها، وأخيراً تقييم مستوى كفاءة تقديم خدمات مراكز الحماية المدنية بالمدينة، وتحديد المواضع الأمثل لها باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية. واعتمد الباحث على نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) في إنتاج الخرائط وتحليلها بواسطة برنامج "Arc GIS 9.3"، إضافة إلى العمل الميداني بتصميم ثلاثة نماذج استبانة. وتوصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج أهمها: -تركز 68% من مراكز الحماية المدنية في مدينة دمنهور داخل الدائرة المعيارية التي يبلغ نصف قطرها 729.45 متر. -عشوائية توزيع مراكز الحماية المدنية في المدينة وفقاً لأسلوب الجار الأقرب، وتحليل موران. -موقع ما يقرب من ربع مساحة المدينة خارج نطاق التغطية "الكيلومترية" للمراكز، مع انخفاض إمكانية وصول مركبات الحماية المدنية، ومن ثم مستوى الخدمة في 28.3% من جملة مساحة المدينة. The study aims to identify the services provided by the Civil Protection Centers in Damanhur, and determine the geographic distribution pattern of the centers of civil protection in the city and evaluation. In addition, it sheds light on the spatial relationships between the civil protection centers and geographic variables that surround them and show the adequacy of the current distribution of centers of civil protection and its efficiency. Moreover, it determines the area of influence of the spatial positions of civil protection in Damanhur, and demonstrates the importance of spatial, and setting the problems which face offering of Civil Protection services in the city. Furthermore, it also develops appropriate solutions and assess the level of efficiency in the provision of civil protection in the city center services and determine the optimal placement with using GIS. The researcher depended on on (GIS) in the production of maps and analyzed by "Arc GIS 9.3" program, in addition to the fieldwork where the researcher designed three questionnaires. Overall, the results revealed: -68% of the civil protection centers, in the city of Damanhour were found within the standard circle which has a radius of 729.45 meters. -Random distribution of civil protection centers in the city, according to the method of the closest neighbor, the Moran Analysis. - Nearly, a quarter of the city area was outside the scope of coverage "kilometers" of the centers-, with low access of civil protection vehicles, and the service at 28.3% of the total area of the city. |
