| المستخلص: | This study dealt with the use of the Internet and its impact on the performance of the employees of the United Libyan Tourist Investment Company (ULTICO) - Tripoli. It aims at: \n1.\tIdentifying the current reality of the use of Internet technology in different administrative practices among individuals, in terms of the degree of its use, areas of use, and obstacles that limit its use and utilization.\n2.\tIdentifying the performance levels of the research sample in terms of: (quantity of work done, duration of period to complete work, and perfection level).\n3.\tIdentifying and recognition of the impact of using the Internet on the performance of the sample respondents.\nThe study relied on the descriptive-analytical method, which relies on the collection of data and the information related to the study variables. It also employed the questionnaire to survey the views of the study sample and the SPSS program to analyze and interpret the data. The study came out with many results, including: \n1.\tThe degree of proficiency of computer, internet, and English at the study sample respondents was moderate.\n2.\tSome obstacles limit the use of the Internet, the most prominent of which are: (difficulty of language and insufficient knowledge of English, lack of Arabic search engines and Arabic content on the Internet, lack of a specific mechanism to employ the Internet in the administration work, lack of sufficient knowledge about the internet use, etc.).\n3.\tIn general, the use of the Internet by the study sample was moderate.\n4.\tThere is a relationship between Internet usage and individual performance\nThe study came out with many recommendations, including:\no\tTo provide training opportunities for the employees of the company in question, especially in the fields of computers, English and the Internet, to increase their abilities and improve the level of proficiency in these important aspects. To follow them up and guide them towards making use of the Internet to serve the purposes of work and job, thereby enhancing performance and development.\no\tTo address the difficulties and obstacles related to the use of the Internet at work. Promote and consolidate the positive aspects of the use of the Internet at work and avoid those that have a negative impact on the performance.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 تناولت هذا الدراسة موضوع استخدامات الإنترنت وأثرها على أداء أفراد القوى العاملة بالشركة الليبية المحدودة للاستثمار السياحي المساهمة (ULTICO ) - طرابلس، حيث تم استهداف: \n1-تحديد الواقع الراهن لاستخدام تقنية الإنترنت في الممارسات الإدارية المختلفة لدى الأفراد، من حيث درجة استخدامها، ومجالات الاستخدام، والمعوقات التي تحد من استخدامها والانتفاع منها.\n2-التعرف على مستويات أداء أفراد عينة البحث من حيث: (كمية العمل المنجز، الزمن المستغرق لإنجاز العمل، ودرجة الإتقان). \n3- تحديد ومعرفة أثر استخدام شبكة الإنترنت على أداء أفراد عينة البحث.\nوتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الذي يعتمد على جمع البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة، واستخدمت صحيفة استبيان لاستطلاع أراء عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في أفراد القوى العاملة بالشركة، واستخدم برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (spss) لتحليل البيانات وتفسيرها. وقد أظهرت الدراسة جملة من النتائج، أهمها:\n1.\tدرجة إجادة كل من الحاسوب، الإنترنت، اللغة الإنجليزية من قبل أفراد عينة البحث كانت متوسطة\n2.\tتوجد بعض المعوقات التي تحد من استخدام الإنترنت، من أبرزها: (صعوبة اللغة وعدم الإلمام الكافي باللغة الإنجليزية، قلة محركات البحث العربية والمحتوى العربي للإنترنت، عدم وجود آلية محددة لتوظيف الإنترنت في العمل من قبل الإدارة، عدم توفر المعرفة الكافية باستخدام الإنترنت،... الخ). \n3.\tإن استخدامات الإنترنت من قبل عينة البحث -على وجه العموم - كانت بدرجة متوسطة.\n4.\tتوجد علاقة بين استخدامات الإنترنت وأداء الأفراد. \nوأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات، ومنها: \n-\tالعمل على إتاحة فرص التدريب للعاملين بالشركة محل الدراسة وخاصة في مجالات الحاسوب واللغة الإنجليزية والإنترنت، لزيادة قدراتهم ورفع مستوى الإجادة في هذه الجوانب المهمة. والعمل على متابعتهم وتوجيههم نحو الاستفادة من الإنترنت بما يخدم أغراض العمل والوظيفة، وبما يؤدي إلى تعزيز الأداء وتنميته.\n-\tالعمل على معالجة الصعوبات والعراقيل التي تتعلق باستخدامات الإنترنت في العمل. والعمل على تعزيز وتدعيم الجوانب الإيجابية لاستخدامات الإنترنت في العمل، وتجنب استخداماتها وجوانبها ذات التأثير السلبي على الأداء. \n |
