| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات التدريس والتفكير الإبداعي لدى طلبة شعبة التربية بقسم التربية وعلم النفس، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي بمجموعة تجريبية واحدة، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم البرنامج التدريبي، كما قامت بإعداد وبناء أدوات القياس المتمثل في بطاقة الملاحظة واختبار مهارات التفكير الإبداعي وعرضها على بعض المحكمين، وتطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية لحساب الثبات. وبعد التأكد من صلاحية الأدوات تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث قبليا قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي وبعده، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات العينة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على أبعاد بطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كذلك أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات العينة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على أبعاد اختبار التفكير الإبداعي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. The current research aims to find out the effectiveness of a proposed training program for the development of pedagogical skills and creative thinking among students of “Education Division” in the department of Education and Psychology. The Researcher adopted the quasi experimental method in one experimental group, and the descriptive analytical method. The Researcher had designed the training program and she had also prepared and built the measuring mechanisms represented in note card and in evaluating the creative thinking skills in order to show them to some arbitrators and to apply them on an exploratory sample to assess stability. After confirming the validity of the mechanisms, they were applied previously on the research sample, preceding application to the training program and succeeding it. The results showed the existence of statistically indicative differences between the average grades sampling in the preceding and subsequent applications on the dimensions of the note card in favor of the subsequent application. Additionally, the results showed the existence of a statistically indicative differences between the average grades sampling in both the preceding and subsequent applications on the creative thinking dimensions experiment in favor of the subsequent application. |
