| المستخلص: | This paper aims to identify the role of organizational conflict in the strategic decision-making through the large health and therapeutic services provided by the Tripoli Medical Center in the city of Tripoli in particular، and Libya in general. A set of organizational factors related to organizational conflict has been studied and tested its impact on strategic decision-making in the Medical Center. The research problems was to determine the extent of the impact of organizational conflict factors in the strategic decision-making. Statistical software package (SPSS) was used to test the hypotheses of the study، to obtain information. Special questionnaire for the makers of strategic decisions designed to collect data and information related to applied study and distributed to 90 managers. The most important results of the study are the following: 1.The prevailing style of leadership as one of the dimensions of organizational conflict factors in the work environment impact the strategic decision-making، according to point of view of the study sample. 2. The communication systems as one of the dimension of organizational conflict factors in the work environment do not affect the strategic decision-making، according to point of view of the study sample. 3. The organizational structure as one of the dimensions of organizational conflict factors in the work environment impact the strategic decision-making، according to point of view of the study sample. 4. The centralized decision-making as one of the dimensions of organizational conflict factors in the work environment impact the strategic decision-making، according to point of view of the study sample. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تحديد دور الصراع التنظيمي في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية من خلال الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية الكبيرة التي يقدمها مركز طرابلس الطبي في مدينة طرابلس بشكل خاص، وليبيا بشكل عام. تمت دراسة مجموعة من العوامل التنظيمية المتعلقة بالصراع التنظيمي واختبار تأثيرها على اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي في المركز الطبي. كانت مشاكل البحث هي تحديد مدى تأثير عوامل الصراع التنظيمي في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، للحصول على المعلومات. تم تصميم استبيان خاص لصانعي القرارات الاستراتيجية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالدراسة التطبيقية وتوزيعها على 90 مديرًا. تتمثل أهم نتائج الدراسة فيما يلي: 1. أسلوب القيادة السائد كأحد أبعاد عوامل الصراع التنظيمي في بيئة العمل يؤثر على اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي، حسب وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. 2. لا تؤثر أنظمة الاتصالات كأحد أبعاد عوامل التعارض التنظيمي في بيئة العمل على اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية، حسب وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. 3. إن الهيكل التنظيمي كأحد أبعاد عوامل الصراع التنظيمي في بيئة العمل يؤثر على اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي، حسب وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. 4. إن صنع القرار المركزي كأحد أبعاد عوامل الصراع التنظيمي في بيئة العمل يؤثر على اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي، حسب وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |
