| المستخلص: | This study seeks to basically answer a number of questions relating to the social worker's role in building the capacity of marriage and family care associations in offered services. One of the aims is to determine the order to enhance their adequacy of such associations, and sufficiency of their number, and to identify the requirements for building capacities that can improve the performance of social requirements for building capacities that can improve the performance of social workers in their efforts in marriage and social care counseling. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical social survey sample method which used an intentional sample of (50) units. The results of the study supported the idea that the social worker can help Marriage And Family Care associations to build their capacities and activate their role in providing family services. «building human resources capacity» ranked first with a mean of (19.66), followed in second place «building the strategic planning capacity», with a mean of (17.22), and third, «capacity building for program and private projects management», with a mean of (17.16) k and last, «capacity building for the funding of these associations» with a mean of (15.9). تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة على عدد من الأسئلة تتعلق في دور الاختصاصي الاجتماعي في بناء قدرات الجمعيات الخيرية للزواج ورعاية الأسرة كآلية لتفعيل دورها في تقديم الخدمات الأسرية؟، وهي تهدف إلى: تعرف مدى كفاية أعداد جمعيات الزواج ورعاية الأسرة وخدماتها، وتحديد متطلبات بناء قدراتها لتفعيل دورها، وتحديد الجهود التي يمكن أن يقوم بها الاختصاصي الاجتماعي في بناء قدرات جمعيات الزواج ورعاية الأسرة. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، وهي دراسة وصفة تحليلية استخدمت عينة عمدية، حجمها (50) مفردة. هذا، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الاختصاصي الاجتماعي يمكنه مساعدة جمعيات الزواج ورعاية الأسرة على بناء قدراتها لتفعيل دورها في تقديم الخدمات الأسرية، وقد جاء في الترتيب الأول: "بناء قدرات الموارد البشرية"، بمتوسط حسابي (19.66). يليه في الترتيب الثاني: "بناء قدرات التخطيط الاستراتيجي"، بمتوسط (17.22). وفي الترتيب الثالث "بناء قدرات إدارة البرامج والمشروعات الخاصة بالجمعية"، بمتوسط (17.16). وأخيراً "بناء القدرات التمويلية للجمعية" بمتوسط (15.9). |
