| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على: معوقات الإبداع لدى مدرسي ومدرسات مدارس المتميزات والمطورة. الفروق في معوقات الإبداع وبحسب متغير الجنس. الفروق في معوقات الإبداع وبحسب متغير التحصيل العلمي. وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث تم بناء استبانة معوقات الإبداع لدى المدرسين إذ تألفت الاستبانة من (٥٠) فقرة يجاب عليها باختيار أحد البدائل الخمسة (دائما — غالبا — أحيانا — نادرا — مطلقا)، وقد تألفت عينة البحث من (١٠٠) مدرس ومدرسة من العاملين في مدارس المتميزات والمطورة في مدينة بعقوبة. وبعد تحليل البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة وتحليل التباين توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج الآتية أن درجة معوقات الإبداع لدى أفراد عينة البحث كانت كبيرة على مجالات (ظروف العمل، البيئة الاجتماعية والثقافية، مجال البيئة الإدارية السائدة في المدرسة)، بينما كانت متوسطة على المجالات (الحوافز، العوامل الشخصية). لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لتغير الجنس على معوقات الإبداع على جميع مجالات المعوقات (ظروف العمل، البيئة الاجتماعية والثقافية، البيئة الإدارية السائدة في المدرسة، الحوافز، العوامل الشخصية) التي قاستها أداة الدراسة أو على الدرجة الكلية للمعوقات. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لدى أفراد عينة البحث. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث توصلت الباحثة إلى العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات منها: تزويد المدرسين والمدرسات بما يستجد في الساحة التربوية من بحوث ودراسات حول تحسين العملية التربوية بما يساعد في تنمية الإبداع. After analyzing the data and statistically treated using t-test for one sample and analysis of variance researcher reached the following results: The degree of creativity constraints among members of the research sample was large areas (working conditions, social and cultural environment, the area of the administrative environment prevailing in the school), while the medium areas (incentives, personal factors No statistically significant differences attributable to gender obstacles to innovation in all areas of constraints (working conditions, social and cultural environment, Administrative environment prevailing in the school, incentives, personal factors) that have been measured the study tool or on the total score of the constraints. No statistically significant differences due to the variable qualification of members of the research sample In the light of the results of the researcher reached many of the recommendations and proposals, including: Provide male and female teachers, including developments in the educational arena of research and studies on the improvement of the educational process, including help in the development of creativity. |
