| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الأمن النفسي للمرأة السعودية على دافعيتها للإنجاز، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الفروق بين أفراد عينة البحث في الأمن النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأمن النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز. وقد طبقت أدوات الدراسة "استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان الأمن النفسي، استبيان دافعية الإنجاز" على عينة البحث وقوامها "227" امرأة سعودية من أسر بمستويات اقتصادية مختلفة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: • وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في الأمن النفسي تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة "المستوى التعليمي، العمر، العمل، مدة الزواج، عدد أفراد الأسرة، الدخل الشهري للأسرة"، فكانت دالة لصالح المستوى التعليمي الأعلى، والعمر الأكبر، وللمرأة العاملة، ولأفراد العينة اللاتي كانت مدة زواجهن أكبر ولأفراد الأسرة الأقل، ولأفراد الأسرة ذوي الدخل الشهري المرتفع. • وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في دافعية الإنجاز تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة "المستوى التعليمي، العمر، العمل، مدة الزواج، عدد أفراد الأسرة، الدخل الشهري للأسرة"، فكانت دالة لصالح المستوى التعليمي الأعلى، والعمر الأكبر، وللمرأة العاملة، ولأفراد العينة اللاتي كانت مدة زواجهن أكبر ولأفراد الأسرة الأقل، ولأفراد الأسرة ذوي الدخل الشهري المرتفع. • وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين الأمن النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز. • تختلف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على الأمن النفسي، حيث كان المستوى التعليمي في المرتبة الأولى، يليه مدة الزواج في المرتبة الثانية، ثم الدخل الشهري للأسرة في المرتبة الثالثة، وأخيرا العمر في المرتبة الأخيرة. • تختلف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على دافعية الإنجاز، حيث كان المستوى التعليمي في المرتبة الأولى، يليه العمر في المرتبة الثانية، ثم مدة الزواج في المرتبة الثالثة، وأخيرا الدخل الشهري للأسرة في المرتبة الأخيرة. • تختلف الأوزان النسبية لأولوية محاور الأمن النفسي لأفراد عينة البحث، فكانت أولوية محاور الأمن النفسي لأفراد عينة البحث كانت الطمأنينة والثقة، يليها في المرتبة الثانية العلاقات الاجتماعية، ويأتي في المرتبة الثالثة الرضا والتفاؤل النفسي. • تختلف الأوزان النسبة لأولوية محاور دافعية الإنجاز لأفراد عينة البحث، فكانت أولوية محاور دافعية الإنجاز لأفراد عينة البحث كان تحمل المسؤولية وإتقان العمل، يليها في المرتبة الثانية السعي للنجاح والرغبة، ويأتي في المرتبة الثالثة الطموح، ويأتي في المرتبة الرابعة المثابرة. وقد أوصت الدراسة ب: العمل على خلق بيئة نفسية صالحة للاستقرار الانفعالي تساعد على رفع مستوى دافعية للانجاز العمل على تقديم برامج لرفع مستوى الامن النفسي للمرأة السعودية والذي ينعكس بدورة على دافعيتها للانجاز ضرورة اهتمام وسائل الاعلام والجامعات بالجانب النفسي للمرأة والذي له أكبر الأثر على دافعيتها للانجاز إقامة مركز للارشاد والتوجيه النفسي تخفيف من حدة القلق والتوتر للمرأة السعودية اجراء المزيد من الأبحاث حول موضوع الدراسة ومتغيراتها لمقارنة النتائج | ||
| 520 | |b This study aims to identify the impact of psychological security for Saudi women to Dafietha of achievement, as well as to identify the differences between the research sample in psychological security and achievement motivation depending on the variables of the study, as well as detect correlation between psychological security and achievement motivation. The study applied the tools "public data form, psychological security questionnaire, achievement motivation questionnaire" on the sample and strength "227" Saudi woman from families of different economic levels.
