| 520 | |a أدى الانفجار المعلوماتي الهائل زيادة كبيرة في استخدام مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية بمختلف أشكالها، ولكي تتمكن المكتبات الجامعية من مسايرة الركب الحضاري والعلمي، تجد نفسها مجبرة على اقتنائها ووضع السياسات الكفيلة بتنميتها. ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على واقع تنمية المحتوى الرقمي من مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية بالمكتبات الجامعية، وقد أخدنا مكتبات جامعة قسنطينة 02 نموذجا للدراسة، بهدف التعرف على الرصيد الإلكتروني المتواجد بها ومدى إدراك ووعي المسؤولين بضرورة توفير مثل هذه المصادر بالمكتبات الجامعية، وكذا معرفة الطرق والسبل المتبعة في تنميته، بالإضافة إلى محاولة التعرف على الصعوبات التي تعرقل عملية التنمية .وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب لموضوع الدراسة، أين تم جمع المعطيات من أرض الواقع عن طريق المقابلة والملاحظة، حيث تم إجراء مقابلة مع جميع المسؤولين عن مكتبات جامعة قسنطينة02. وقد كشفت النتائج عن وجود رصيد إلكتروني بهذه المكتبات والمتمثل أساسا في الاشتراك في مجموعة من قواعد البيانات والدوريات الإلكترونية في إطار النظام الوطني للتوثيق على الخط SNDL ، بالإضافة إلى العدد القليل من الكتب الإلكترونية، ونسخ إلكترونية في شكل أقراص مضغوطة لمذكرات تخرج الطلاب. كما تم التوصل إلى أن هناك جملة من الصعوبات المادية، المالية والقانونية التي تعيق عملية تنمية الرصيد الإلكتروني بمكتبات جامعة قسنطينة 02. | ||
| 520 | |f The massive information explosion has led to a major increase in the usage of electronic information sources in their various forms. For university libraries to keep pace with this civilizational and knowledge-based momentum, they have found themselves compelled to attain it and set policies which are sufficient for its development. Upon this basis, this study has come to shed light upon the reality of developing digital content from the electronic information sources in university libraries. We have taken the libraries of the Constantine 02 University as a model for the study, aiming to ascertain the electronic stock gathered in them and the extent of the awareness of the responsible officials, of the necessity to make the like of these sources available in the university libraries. The study also aimed to ascertain the ways and paths followed in relation to its development, in addition to attempting to identify the difficulties obstructing the development process.\nThe descriptive methodological approach was utilized, considering it to be the most suitable for the subject area of the study, as the data was gathered from the ground via interviewing and observation, in the case where interviews were conducted with all officials of the Constantine 02 library. The results revealed the presence of an electronic stock in these libraries and was manifested, namely, in the subscription to a host of electronic databases and journals, under the national system for online documentation (SNDL). That was in addition to the presence of a small number of e-books and electronic manuscripts, in the form of compact discs, containing student graduation notes. The study also concluded the presence of a host of material, financial and legal difficulties impeding the process of developing the electronic stock within the libraries of the Constantine 02 university.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. | ||
