| المستخلص: | \nهدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الشبكات الاجتماعية والمكتبات. وتناولت الدراسة أقسام الشبكات الاجتماعية ومنها شبكات شخصية ومهنية وشبكات خاصة بمجالات موضوعية معنية. كما استعرضت أشهر الشبكات الاجتماعية وذكرت منها شبكة library think وشبكة فيس بوك face book. وشبكة فليكر Flickr وموقعtwitter وموقع نتلوج NETLOG. وكذلك تناولت الدراسة المكتبات والشبكات الاجتماعية. وأشارت الدراسة إلى انه يمكن للمكتبة استخدام الموقع كأداة لتقييم الخدمات حيث يتفاعل المستفيد مع الخدمات التي تبثها المكتبة ويقوم بتقييمها والتطوير من أداء المكتبة وخدماتها. والسماح له بالسؤال عن كتاب بعينه أو مقالة معينة لكي يشعر أنه في المكتبة من خلال موقعها على الشبكة. كما يمكن للمكتبة إعلان أي نشاط أو أحداث سوف تعقد بها على موقع الشبكة حيث هناك إمكانية عقد مؤتمرات وبثها مباشرة عبر موقع الشبكة أو تنظيم ندوة علمية أو لقاء ثقافي وأي نشاط تقوم به المكتبة يمكن الإعلان وإتاحته من خلال مواقع الشبكات. وبث ما يحدث من تفاعلات داخل المكتبة عن طريق موقع الشبكات سواء كتب حديثة أو دوريات أو تحديث للنظام بالمكتبة وغيرها من تفاعلات.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n \nThe study aimed to shed light on social media networks and libraries . It also reviewed the most famous social media networks, including the network LIBRARY THINK and FACEBOOK, FLICKR TWITTER and NETLOG network. The study also dealt with libraries and social media networks. The study pointed out that the library can use the site as a tool to evaluate the services where the user interact with the services that the library broadcasts , assesses, and develops the performance of the library and its services. Also allowing him or her to ask about a specific book or article so that he or she can feel it in the library through its Web site. The library can also announce any activity or events on the website that will be held, where there is a possibility of holding conferences and broadcasting directly through the website, or organizing a scientific symposium or cultural meeting or any activity that the library can announce, and make it available through network sites.
