| المستخلص: | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الرضا الزواجي لدى المتزوجين من موظفات في محافظة طولكرم، وقد استخدم الباحث فيها المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) زوجا ممن تعمل زوجاتهم خارج المنزل، وقد صمم الباحث صحيفة للاستبيان شملت خمس مجالات للرضا الزواجي، تكونت من (38) فقرة، كأداة رئيسة لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن المستوى العام للرضا الزواجي لدى المتزوجين من موظفات في محافظة طولكرم كان مرتفعا جدا، حيث وصلت الدرجة الكلية لجميع مجالات الدراسة إلى (84%)، وأن أعلى مستويات الرضا تبعا للمجالات كانت على النحو التالي: الرضا عن القيام بالواجبات البيتية، الرضا عن الالتزامات الاجتماعية، الرضا عن تربية الابناء وتعليمهم، الرضا الذاتي، واخيرا الرضا الاقتصادي. وأشارت النتائج كذلك إلى وجود فروق جوهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات الأزواج فيما يتعلق بالرضا الزواجي لديهم تبعا لمتغيرات: طبيعة العمل، وعمل الزوجة. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق جوهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات الأزواج فيما يتعلق بالرضا الزواجي لديهم تبعا لمتغيرات: مكان السكن، عدد سنوات الزواج، والدخل الشهري للزوج This study seeks to identify marital satisfaction among married women employees in Tulkarem. The researcher used the descriptive method. The sample of the study consisted of (250) couples whose wives work outside the home, The researcher designed a questionnaire for five areas of marital satisfaction comprising of 38 sections as the main tool for collecting information related to the study. The study reached several findings, the most important of which were: that the overall level of marital satisfaction among married women employees in Tulkarem governorate was very high, as the total score for all areas of study reached 84%, and that the highest levels of satisfaction according to the areas were As follows: satisfaction with the performance of household duties, satisfaction with social obligations, satisfaction with the upbringing and education of children, self-satisfaction, and finally economic satisfaction. The results also indicated that there were substantial differences between the arithmetic averages of couples' responses with regard to their marital consent according to variables: the nature of work, and the work of the wife. The results also indicated that there are no significant differences between the arithmetic averages of couples' responses regarding marital satisfaction according to variables: place of residence, number of years of marriage, and monthly income of the husband.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
