| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الكشافة الإسلامية الجزائرية في نشر قيم المواطنة من خلال استراتيجياتها من برامج و سياسات واضحة مستمدة تعاليمها من الدين الإسلامي،و تكونت عينة الدراسة من 56 منخرطاً ضمن صفوفها " فوج الطموح "،تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، و بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لتشخيص الواقع الفعلي للظاهرة، و توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها: \n- صرح ما يزيد عن 69% عن حث التنظيم الكشفي على التعرف على تاريخ و ثقافة نظم المجتمعات المحلية ، العربية و العالمية، مما يحقق قيم التسامح والتعايش مع الآخر، كما يبث الحماس و الفخر لدى الكشافين أثناء تأدية النشيد الوطني، و معرفة رموز سيادة الدولة.\n- الحرص على نشر ثقافة المشاركة و الوعي السياسي لدى الكشافين، من خلال تعزيز الانتخابات المختلفة داخل الفوج و الأخذ بمبدأ الشورى بـ 62 %، كما يؤخذ بمبدأ التساوي في تطبيق القانون الداخلي و خاصة عندما يتعلق بعدم احترام الكشاف للنظام الداخلي للكشافة و الالتزام به This study aims to shed light on the role of the Algerian Islamic Scouts in spreading the values of citizenship through its strategies of clear programs and policies derived from the Islamic religion. The sample of the study consisted of 56 members of the “Ambition Regiment”, selected in a simple random manner, and Based on the descriptive and analytical approach, to diagnose the actual reality of the phenomenon, the study reached a number of findings, the most important of which are:\n - More than 69% reported urging the scout organization to recognize the history and culture of local, Arab and international community systems, thus achieving the values of tolerance and coexistence with others. It also embodies the enthusiasm and pride of the scouts during the performance of the national anthem, and knowledge of the symbols of state sovereignty. \n- Endeavour to spread the culture of participation and political awareness among the scouts, through the promotion of the various elections within the regiment and the introduction of the principle of Shura of 62%, as well as the principle of equality in the application of the internal law and especially when it comes to the failure of the Scouts to respect and comply with the internal rules of procedure of the Scouts.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
