| المستخلص: | Le psychisme et la peau entretiennent à plusieurs titres des liens privilégiés. Dans le tissage de ces liens, les échanges tactiles précoces avec le personnage maternel jouent un rôle important. L’enfant acquiert la perception de sa peau comme surface, à l’occasion des expériences de contact de son corps avec celui de sa mère, et dans le cadre d’une relation sécurisante d’attachement avec elle. Par « moi peau » Didier Anzieu désigne une figuration dont l’enfant se servirait, au cours des phases précoces de son développement, pour se représenter lui-même comme Moi, à partir de son expérience de la surface du corps. D’abord, nous rappellerons les études menées dans ce domaine qui s’accordent toutes sur la carence du toucher et l’absence de l’angoisse de l’étranger chez l’enfant qui présente un eczéma précoce, qui seraient à l’origine de distorsions de la perception de lui-même et des autres. Ensuite, dans le but de mettre à l’épreuve ces hypothèses, nous donnerons un exemple de protocole de Rorschach en système intégré et une grille de l’attachement, recueillis auprès d’une fille en phase de latence, atteinte d’un eczéma atopique. L’objectif de cette contribution est de dégager des éventuelles spécificités de la qualité de la perception de soi, de la perception des relations et de l’attachement dans l’eczéma de l’enfant The psyche and the skin maintain in many ways privileged links. Then, in order to test these hypotheses, we will give an example of a Rorschach protocol integrated system and a grid attachment, collected from a girl in lag phase, suffering from atopic eczema. The objective of this paper is to identify any specific aspects of the quality of self-perception, perception of relationships and attachment in the child's eczema. التعلق وتصور الذات عنـد الطفـل المصـاب بالاكزيمـا تحـافظ الـنفس والجلـد علـى روابـط متميـزة. وتلعـب التفـاعلات المبكـرة مـع الموضوع الامومي عن طريق اللمـس دوراً هامـاً فـي نسـج هـذه الـروابط. ويـدرك الطفـل جلـده كسـطح خـارجي مـن خـلال تجـارب اتصـال جسده بجسد والدته في إطار نمط تعلقي آمن. يشيرDidier Anzieu من خلال مفهوم "الأنـا الجلـدي " إلـى تمثيـل يسـتخدمه الطفـل خلال مراحل نموه المبكرة من اجل تصور ذاته كـ "أنا" انطلاقا من تجاربه المرتبطة بالسطح الجسمي. لذلك سنشير أولا في هذا المقال إلى مختلف الدراسات الواردة في هذا المجال التي تتفق جميعها على نقص الاتصال اللمسي وغياب قلق الغريب عند الطفل المصاب بالاكزيمـا في مرحلـة مبكرة من العمـر، التي مـن شأنها أن تسبب تشـوهات في تصـور الطفل لذاته وللآخـرين. ومن أجـل اختبار هذه الفرضيات، سنقدم مثالا لبروتوكول رورشاخ نظام إدماجي ومقياس التعلق لطفلة مصابة بالاكزيما في مرحلـة الكمـون. الهـدف مـن هـذه المساهمة هو تحديد خصائص نوعية تصور الذات وتصور العلاقات عند الطفل المصاب بالاكزيما وارتباطهما الوثيق بنمط التعلق. |
