| المستخلص: | This research aims to identify the level of administrative corruption and. the behavior of organizational citizenship and the relationship between them as perceived by workers in the Local Administration in Damietta, and the volume of the research community (3676) factor, and the sample consisted of (384) were chosen randomly, and to achieve the objectives of the research researcher developed a tool consisting of (49) items distributed in three main areas, has been the emphasis on sincerity and persistence, and the results showed that the manifestations of administrative corruption (organizational and behavioral) are present in the Local Administration of Damietta moderately, while the increased level of behavior organizational citizenship own Altruism, Courtesy, and decreased the level of behavior organizational citizenship Sportsmanship, Civic Virtue, conscientiousness, of my staff the same research community, and the existence of a correlation positive between each of the administrative corruption and the behavior of altruism, and significant negative relationship between administrative corruption and the behavior of Courtesy, Civic Virtue, and conscientiousness, and the lack of relationship, between; administrative corruption and the behavior of Sportsmanship. يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الفساد الإداري وسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية والعلاقة بينهما كما يدركها العاملين في قطاع المحليات بمحافظة دمياط، وبلغ حجم مجتمع البحث (3676) عامل، وتكونت عينة البحث من (384) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث طور الباحث أداة مكونة من (49) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات رئيسة، وتم التأكيد على صدقها وثباتها، وأظهرت النتائج أن مظاهر الفساد الإداري (التنظيمي والسلوكي) موجودة بقطاع المحليات في محافظة دمياط بدرجة متوسطة، في حين ارتفعت مستوى سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية الخاصة بالإيثار، واللطف والكياسة، وانخفضت مستوى سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية الخاصة بالروح الرياضية، السلوك الحضاري، مراعاة الضمير لدي الموظفين بنفس مجتمع البحث، ووجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين كل من الفساد الإداري وسلوكيات الإيثار، وعلاقة ارتباط سلبية بين الفساد الإداري وسلوكيات اللطف والكياسة، السلوك الحضاري، ووعي الضمير، وعدم وجود علاقة بين الفساد الإداري وسلوكيات الروح الرياضية. |
