| المستخلص: | Cette étude vient de mettre en évidence la nécessité d'appliquer des outils de contrôle de gestion modernes, en particulier dans les entreprises algériennes en vue des changements qui ont lieu dans l’environnement. Donc elle doit activer le rôle de ces outils dans la mise en œuvre et le suivi de la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique pour améliorer sa performance, Pour atteindre l'objectif de l'étude, nous avons essayé d'abord d'identifier l'étendue de l'utilisation de l'institution publique algérienne d'outils modernes de contrôle de gestion Ensuite, nous avons étudié comment il se rapporte à l'orientation stratégique Grâce à une étude de terrain au niveaux de NAFTAL . This study comes to highlight the need to apply modern management control tools, particularly in Algerian institutions, due to the changes taking place in the ocean and its flexibility and instability. It is necessary to activate its role in implementing and monitoring the implementation of strategic plans in order to improve the performance of these institutions. To achieve the objective of the study we tried first to know the extent to which the Algerian public institution used the modern tools to monitor the management, and then we studied the extent of their interaction and correlation with its strategic approach, through a field study at the level of the Naftal Petroleum Products Distribution Corporation\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. إن هذه الدراسة تأتي لإبراز ضرورة تطبيق أدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة خاصة في المؤسسات الجزائرية نظرا للتحولات التي يشهدها المحيط وما يتميز به من المرونة وعدم الثبات.فلابد من تفعيل دورها في تنفيذ و مراقبة تنفيذ الخطط الإستراتجية من اجل تحسين أداء هذه المؤسسات و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة حاولنا التعرف أولا على مدى استخدام المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية للأدوات الحديثة لمراقبة التسيير ثم درسنا مدى تفاعلها و ارتباطها بالتوجه الاستراتجي لها من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة توزيع المنتجات البترولية نفطال |
