| المستخلص: | يحاول هذا البحث إلقاء الضوء على دور المكتبة الإلكترونية في منظومة التعليم الإلكتروني في واحد من أهم تجارب التعليم الإلكتروني وهي جامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية، وذلك من خلال ما تقدمه من موارد إلكترونية وخدمات تتيح للدراسين والأكاديميين تجربة تعليمية ممتعة من خلال المبادرات التي تتولاها المكتبة بشكل مستمر لإحداث الأثر الإيجابي في عملية التعليم والتعلم في الجامعة. وفي تحقيق سبيل ذلك يتناول البحث ما تقدمه المكتبة الإلكترونية في الجامعة من خدمات من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة التي تتكون من مجتمع المستفيدين من مكتبة الجامعة، بما يتضمن أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب. وذلك عن طريق استبانة مُصممة خصيصاً لهذا الغرض، كما تتضمن عرضاً للخدمات التي تقدمها المكتبة للمستفيدين والخطط المستقبلية لتطوير هذه الخدمات بما يلائم خطط الجامعة في تطوير تعليم ذكي قائم على التفاعلية. HBMSU is the first e-learning university in the region. Being one of the first movers in e-learning in the Arab World, and having been the first accredited e-learning academic institution by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research have given the university a competitive advantage. The University’s commitment to transform education in the Arab World remains strong. The university has a particular focus on areas of particular relevance to today’s Arab World. In order to support the learning experience, the University provides learners, faculty and other staff members with access to a vast collection of learning resources and research material. These resources are made available through the development of a number of initiatives such as: the University Library Portal, easily accessible to the users on any university applications the user is using. HBMSU library with its resources and services has been giving a unique learning experience to its community and having significant impact on teaching and learning in the university. |
