| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مخاطر ظاهرة الانحراف الفكري وآثاره بين أفراد المجتمع. \ - كما تهدف إلى الوقوف على الدور التربوي والاجتماعي في التصدي لهذه الظاهرة بالأساليب العلمية. \ - ومن أهدافها أيضا التعرف على قنوات التأثير في نشر الفكر المنحرف. \ - إبراز الأعمال التربوية الوقائية من مخاطر الانحراف الفكري. \ وقد استخدم الباحث في هذه الورقة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي النظري القائم على رصد عناصر \ الظاهرة وإخضاعها للتحليل والتفسير. \ لقد خرجت الدراسة بجملة من النتائج منها: \ - أهمية رعاية الشباب، وتصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة والتصدي لكل ما يعكر صفو المجتمع. \ - إفساح المجال أمام العلماء والمفكرين والخبراء للقيام بواجب النصح والإرشاد والتوعية بمنتهى الشفافية، وتبصير أفراد المجتمع بخطورة الانحراف الفكري. \ - التحذير من الخلاف المؤدي إلى الافتراق والبغضاء والتعصب والانحراف الفكري. \ - التصالح لا التصادم مع العالم والإسهام في بناء الحضارة الإنسانية بما يتفق مع القيم والأعراف والدعوة بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة. \ - إنشاء مكاتب إعلامية في بعض الدول الغربية أو مراكز لتتولى الرد عن المعلومات المضللة عن الدول العربية والإسلامية. \ - أن تقوم وسائل الإعلام بالتبصير والتوعية من خلال العلماء والدعاة مع التركيز على المعلومات التي تهم الشباب. \ - تعزيز النوادي الأدبية والثقافية والرياضية وإعطائها أدوارا تجعلها متضامنة في المسؤولية العامة. \ - دراسة موضوع الفتاوى الشرعية بحيث لا يفتي في الشأن العام إلا من كان أهلا لذلك. \ - إنشاء مراكز البحوث والدراسات المتخصصة ودعمها ماليا وبشريا وذلك لدراسة الظواهر السلبية المستجدة. This study aims at recognizing the risk of ideological deviation and its impact on community members. It also aims at identifying the cultural and educational role in combating this phenomenon in a scientific method. Moreover, the study aims to identify the channels that affect the propagation of deviant thought, as well as highlighting the preventive educational actions against ideological deviation. \ The researcher used the theoretical descriptive analytic method based on stating, analyzing and interpreting the elements of this phenomenon. \ The study came out with the following findings: \ - The importance of taking care of youth and amending improper concepts that affect the serenity of the community. \ - Giving opportunities to the scholars (Ulama’a), ideologists and experts to fulfil the duties of giving advice, guidance and awareness transparently and explain to the community members the risks of deviant thought. \ - Warning of the disputes that lead to separation, hatred, fanatism and ideological deviation. \ - Reconciliation, not confrontation, with the world and the contribution in the building of human civilization in conformity with values, norms and calling to Allah (Da’awa) wisely and advisably. \ - Establishing bureaus or centers in some western countries to refute misleading information about the Arabic and Islamic nations. \ - Mass media should play a greater role to explain and guide the people through the Ulama’a concentrating on the issues pertaining to young people. \ - Reinforcing Arts and cultural clubs by assigning responsibility to them and making them cooperative in public commitment. \ - Studying the subject of legitimate fatwas so that ineligible people should not be involved in the fatwa about public affair. \ - Establishing specialized study and research centers and supporting them financially and with manpower to study newly occurring negative phenomena. |
