| 520 | |a تمارس شبكة الويب العالمية في جيلها الثاني المعروف بـ "الويب 0.2" دوراً بارزاً في إثراء الخدمات والتطبيقات التفاعلية، الأمر الذي له تأثير مباشر على إدارة المحتوى والخدمات الرقمية في بوابات مؤسسات المعلومات. وتحاول هذه الدراسة معالجة التقنيات المتعلقة بشبكة الويب في جيلها الثاني والتي من أبرزها تقنية Ajax وتقنية "RIA Rich Internet Application"، وأبرز تطبيقاتها في مؤسسات المعلومات. وتتناول الدراسة التعريف بالمفاهيم الأساسية لهذه التقنيات والهيكل والبناء التقني لها وآليات العمل المتبعة، وأبرز التطبيقات الناتجة والتي تستخدم في بناء وتصميم تطبيقات تفاعلية يمكن أن يستند إليها مؤسسات المعلومات في استشراف خدمات مستحدثة تعمل على تعزيز مبدأ المشاركة المعلوماتية في البيئة الرقمية. وتعرض الدراسة مجموعة مختارة من نماذج مؤسسات المعلومات التي طبقت بالفعل تقنيات الويب 0.2 عبر بواباتها كأساس يعتمد عليه في تطوير وتقديم خدمات الكترونية فعالة. |b World wide web in its second generation, known as the «Web 2.0» execute a principal role in enriching the services and interactive applications, which has a direct impact on the management of electronic content and services via information institutions portals. The study attempts to address the network-related technologies in the Web 2.0 and most important of which technical Ajax, Mashup technology and RIA «Rich Internet Applications and highlighted its applications in information institutions. The study exposes the basic concepts of these techniques, structure their technical and mechanisms, and highlighted the applications generated and used in the construction and design of interactive applications. The study presents a selection of models of information institutions have already introduced Web 2.0 technologies through the portals as the basis relied upon to develop and provide e-services effectively. \ The researcher tries in this study exploring the mechanisms that can be used by the information institutions to support the application of such technologies to provide advanced information services, strengthening partnership, networking and to support the scientific aspects of the beneficiaries. | ||
