| المستخلص: | إن التعلم هو الركيزة الأساسية لأي أمة من الأمم في تقدمها ورقيها وبقيمة التعلم تقاس الأمم ونظرا للاهتمام الكبير الذي تحظى به عملية التعلم كونها الوسيلة التي يرتقي بها الفكر الإنساني إلى أفاق تربوية واقتصادية رفيعة ،وباعتبار التعلم مفهوما رئيسا من مفاهيم علم النفس التربوي حيث أصبح يحظى باهتمام كبير من طرف المنشغلين في ميدان التربية والتعليم على مر الأزمان والعصور، ومن المعروف لدى التربويين أن صعوبات التعلم تسبب إحباطا وقلقا للتلميذ المتأخر وللأسرة ، وما يترتب عنه من فقدان في الطاقة البشرية فيعطل هذا الأمر مسار التنمية والتطور في المجتمع كله .\n على الرغم من المجهودات التي يبذلها المسئولون والمهتمون بتطوير التعلم والتعليم لمواكبة عصر التفجر التكنولوجي وما ظهر معه من اضطرابات نفسية وبخاصة لدى المتعلمين من اجل تذليل مختلف الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تعترض هذه العملية ، إلا أنه مازالت هناك مشكلات لم تجد طريقها إلى الحل النهائي حيث باتت تأرق المربيين والإباء والمتعلمين.\nيعتبر مجال صعوبات التعلم من المجالات الحديثة نسبيا في ميدان التربية الخاصة حيث أن جل الدراسات تهتم بالإعاقات الجسمية والبصرية والسمعية وغيرها ، وهنا تجدر الإشارة أن هناك معوقات أخرى كالمعوقات النفسية والاجتماعية تعترض المتعلم في التحصيل .\n سأتناول في هذه الورقة معرفة مدلول هذا المصطلح-صعوبات التعلم- تعريفه ، أنواعه ، وأسبابه . Learning is the cornerstone of any nation in its progress and development. The value of learning is measured by the interest in learning, as it is the means by which human thought rises to high educational and economic horizons. Learning is considered as a key concept of educational psychology. It is known to educators that learning difficulties cause frustration and anxiety for the late pupil and the family, and the consequent loss of human energy. This disrupts the course of development and development in the society.\nDespite the efforts made by officials and those interested in the development of learning and education to keep up with the age of technological explosion and psychological disorders, especially among learners, in order to overcome the various difficulties and obstacles encountered in this process, However, there are still problems that have not found their way to the final solution as educators, parents and learners have increased over time.\nThe field of learning difficulties is one of the relatively modern fields in the field of special education, as most studies are concerned with physical, visual, auditory and other disabilities.
