| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى اقتراح استراتيجية لتنمية مهارات التّعبير الشّفوي باللّغة العربية لدى طلبة كلية الدّراسات الإسلامية المعاصرة بجامعة السّلطان زين العابدين في ماليزيا؛ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي، معتمدَيْن على البحوث والدّراسات العلمية التي تناولت تنمية مهارات التّعبير الشّفوي خاصة، وتوصل الباحثان إلى أنّ استراتيجية التّعلم التّعاوني استراتيجية مناسبة لتنمية مهارات التّعبير الشّفوي باللّغة العربية لدى الطّلبة الماليزيين؛إذ أظهرت أكثر الدّراسات العلميّة التي تناولت استراتيجيات تدريس التّعبير الشّفوي فعالية هذه الاستراتيجية في تنمية مهارات التّعبير الشّفوي باللّغة الأجنبية أو الثّانية، ويمكن عزو أسباب فعاليتها في تنمية مهارات التّعبير الشّفوي لدى الطّلبةإلى أنّها استراتيجية تقوم على تجزئة المهارة الكلّية إلى مهارات جزئية؛ حيث إنّ الطّلبة يتعاملون مع مهارة جزئية بسيطة، ثمّ ينتقلون إلى مهارة جزئية أخرى وصولًا لتحقيق المهارة الكلّية، وهذا يسهّل عليهم فهم المهارة، وإتقانها، وبالذّات إذا كانت الأنشطة التّدريسية مرتبطة بواقع حياة الطّلبة، أو بما يشاهدونها، وهو ما يجعل لتلك الأنشطة معنى لديهم This research aims to propose a strategy to develop the skills of oral expression in the Arabic language among students of the faculty of contemporary Islamic Studies in the university of Sultan Zein Al-Abideen, in Malaysia. To achieve the objectives of this research study the two researchers have used the descriptive analytical approach, relying upon scientific research and studies which have dealt specifically with the subject of the development of the oral expression skills.\nThe two researchers concluded that the collaborative learning strategy for developing the skills of oral expression was an appropriate strategy for the Malaysian students. That is as most of the scientific studies which dealt with the strategies of teaching oral expression revealed the effectiveness of this strategy in relation to the development of the oral expression skills with the foreign or second language. It is possible to attribute the causes of its effectiveness in respect to developing oral expression skills among students, to that the strategy is established upon dividing the whole skill into partial skills, in the case where the students will be dealing with a partial skill. They would then move on to another partial skill until they reach the accomplishment of the whole skill. This facilitates the learning of the skill for them and perfecting it and particularly if the teaching activities were connected to the reality of the life of the students or to what they witness.
