| المستخلص: | تعتبر المرأة ركن أساسي من الأركان التي يستند عليها النظام الاجتماعي، فهي تمارس أدوارا ً إجتماعية ووظيفية متعددة الأبعاد والأهداف، حيث أنه لم يبق الاتجاه التقليدي للمرأة سائداً بأنها كائن بيولوجي تنحصر وظيفتها في الزواج والإنجاب والرعاية الأسرية، لأن هذه النظرة قد حددت مكانة المرأة ودورها ومركزها الفعال في المجتمع وتحررت منها.\nفالمرأة اليوم إحتلت مراكز عديدة مرموقة داخل المجتمع والأسرة، حيث أصبحت رائدة في أكثر من موقع من مواقع الحياة، فقد إستطاعت أن تتحدى كل الصعاب والعقبات التي تعمل على إضعاف طاقاتها وكفاءاتها في العمل و حقوق الإنسان، وعلى المساواة واحترام القاعدة النسوية، لذا من الواجب أن نتوقف قليلاً لإدراك واقع عمل المرأة في المجتمع التي تعمل فيه في الجزائر .\n سنتناول في هذه الدراسة مايلي :تطور عمل المرأة في الجزائر،دوافع عمل المرأة ، الاتجاهات المختلفة لعمل المرأة ،أثار عمل المرأة The woman is considered a basic element from the elements of the social system; she play multi-dimensional social and functional roles and goals, where the traditional trend to woman was not as common as a biological organism that her function was restricted in marriage , reproduction and family care. This view has determined the status of woman and their role and effective status in society and she freed her self from it. \nThe Woman today occupied many prestigious positions within society and the family, where she became a leader in more than one site of life. She has been able to challenge all the difficulties and obstacles that undermine her capacity and efficiency in work and human rights, and on the equality and respect for the Feminism base, So it is the duty we have to pause a bit to realize the reality of women's work in the society in which they work in Algeria.\nIn this study, we will discuss the following: The development of women's work in Algeria, the motives of women's work, the different trends of women's work, and the effects of women's work..\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
