| 520 | |a تهفو هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع دور المجتمع المدني في نشر الوعي البيئي في الجزائر الجمعيات البيئية بمدينة تبسة أنموذجًا،خاصة مع تزايد الاهتمام مؤخرا بالبيئة، نظرا لما تشهده من تدهور كبير، أين أصبح المجتمع الدولي يؤكد على أن حماية البيئة مسؤولية الجميع وبشكل ملموس منذ مؤتمر استوكهلم 1972، وأنه من بين الفاعلين في قضية حماية البيئة هو المجتمع المدني بمختلف تنظيماته- خاصة الجمعيات البيئية-،حيث دعا إلى ضرورة إشراكه في القضايا البيئية واعتبره كفاعل أساس في دعم التنمية الملائمة بيئيا،عليه تقوم دراستنا على سؤالين محوريين مفاده ما مدى مساهمة الجمعيات البيئية في نشر الوعي البيئي بين أفرد مجتمع مدينة تبسة ؟ وما هي طبيعة البرامج و الوسائل المسخرة لتحقيق ذلك ؟ | ||
| 520 | |f This study carried out to understand the reality of the role of civil society in spreading environmental awareness in Algeria. Taking the environmental associations in Tebessa are as model, especially with the recent increase in the interest in the environment due to its deterioration. The international community has emphasized that the protection of the environment is the responsibility of all, and significantly since the Stockholm Conference of 1972 ,and that civil society with its various society- especially environmental association- is among the actors in the issue of the protection of the environment - where he called for the need to involve him in environmental issues which is considered main actor in supporting the environmentally sound development, our study is based on two central questions: To what extent do environmental associations contribute to the promotion of environmental awareness among the members of the city of Tabessa?
