| المستخلص: | بما أن العدوان يعد من المشكلات التي يواجهها الرياضيون والتي تتضارب مع القيم التربوية والأخلاقية التي تقام من اجلها المنافسات الرياضية المختلفة والتي تهدف الى نشر روح المحبة والتعاون بين ممارسيها بغية الحد من السلوك العدواني في المسابقات الرياضية. وبناءاً على ما تقدم فقد أصبحت دراسة الشخصية وعلاقتها بأبعاد السلوك العدواني امرأ مهماً. إذ أن السمات الشخصية دلالة يتوقف عليها السلوك الذي يسلكه اللاعب خلال المنافسة وبما أن لعبة كرة اليد أحد الأنشطة الرياضية التنافسية التي يظهر فيها المواجهة بين اللاعبين نظراً لطبيعة اللعب وعدد اللاعبين وقواعد اللعب ومساحة الملعب كل ذلك يزيد من فرص الاحتكاك بين اللاعبين حول المنافسة مما يؤثر على ظهور بعض أنواع أبعاد السلوك العدواني بين الفرق المتنافسة. من هنا تجلت مشكلة البحث بان كثير من المدربين لا يأخذ بنظر الاعتبار السلوك العدواني للاعبين قبل المباراة وإيجاد السبل الكفيلة بخفض هذا السلوك وهذا يتطلب أعدادا جيداً للرياضيين وتهيئتهم للدخول في السباقات الرياضية ,لذا وجب على المدرب معرفة أبعاد السلوك العدواني قبل السباق لتسهم تلك المعرفة قدر الإمكان في ترسيخ القيم التربوية كالثقة بالنفس والسيطرة على الانفعالات الناجمة عن الخسارة والاحتفاظ بالتوازن اللعب الرياضي. ويهدف البحث الى التعرف على العلاقة بين السمات الشخصية وابعاد والسلوك العدواني لدى لاعبي نادي الحلة الرياضي بكرة اليد. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي , حيث بلغت عينة البحث 25 لاعب وتم استخدام مقياس مقياس فرايبورج للشخصية ومقياس العدوان الرياضي وقد استنتج الباحثان ما يلي:- - تميز لاعبي المركز التدريبي التخصصي بكرة اليد بالهدوء والاجتماعية. - تقارب ترتيب السمات الشخصية قابلية الاستثارة والاكتئاب والكف والعصبية والعدوانية. - تميز لاعبي المركز التدريبي التخصصي بكرة اليد بقابلية الاستثارة لإبعاد السلوك العدواني . Since aggression is one of the problems faced by athletes, which are inconsistent with the educational and moral values that various sports competitions are held for, and aims to spread the spirit of love and cooperation between practitioners in order to reduce the aggressive behavior in sports competitions Based on the above, studying the character and its relationship with the dimensions of the aggressive behavior has become important as the personality traits are an indication that depends on the behavior being followed by the players during the competition. Handball is one of the competitive sports activities in which the confrontation between the players appear due to the nature of the game, the number of the players, the rules of the game, and the space of the playground; all of that increases the chances of friction between the players on the competition, which has an effect on the emergence of some kinds of dimensions of aggressive behavior between the rival teams The research problem was obvious that many coaches did not take into account the aggressive behavior of the players before the game and find ways to reduce this behavior. This requires that the players are well-prepared to enter the sports races; therefore, the coaches must know the dimensions of aggressive behavior before the race so that that knowledge contributes as much as it could in the consolidation of the educational values, such as: self-confidence, and emotions controlling as a result of losing and to keep the game balanced The research aims to identify the relationship between the personality traits and the dimensions of aggressive behavior among the players of Al-Hilla Sports Club in Handball. The researchers used the descriptive approach, in which the research sample was 25 players. Freiburg scale was used for measuring the character and the scale of sports aggression as well. The researchers concluded the following : - The players of the specialist training center in handball were distinguished by being calm and socialized - The convergence of the order of personality traits with the ability of arousal, depression, leaving off, nervousness and aggression - The players of the specialist training center in handball were distinguished by the ability of arousal to get the aggression behavior away |
