| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فعالية تصميم موقع إلكتروني لتنمية مهارات طلبة التربية الميدانية بكلية التربية في جامعة حائل. من خلال تصميم موقع إلكتروني لتنمية مهارات الطلبة وتزويدهم بكل ما يحتاجون إليه من معلومات وتحديثها باستمرار بكل ما هو جديد. وتوفير مجموعة من المواد التعليمية المساعدة في تنفيذ برنامج التربية الميدانية. وتقديم التغذية الراجعة والتوصيات المناسبة لأصحاب العلاقة القائمين والمشاركين في برنامج التربية الميدانية بهدف تطوير البرنامج. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وشبه التجريبي. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في تصميم الموقع الإلكتروني وإعداد استبانة. وأكدت نتائج الدراسة على أن طلبة التربية الميدانية استفادوا من الموقع الإلكترونية في مختلف المجالات وبدرجات متفاوتة. وان اتجاهاتهم نحو الموقع كانت إيجابية إلى حد كبير. وذلك لما وفره الموقع المصمم من إمكانات ومميزات جعلت التعلم ذو معنى وأضفت على الطلاب النشاط والحيوية والإنجاز. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة توعية الطلبة بفوائد استخدام المواقع الإلكترونية في التدريس. وتبصيرهم بالدور المهم الذي يمكن أن تلعبه في تطوير التدريس وتحسين نتائجه. وضرورة تحديث برنامج التربية الميدانية بما يواكب التطورات التي يشهدها المجال التربوي في المملكة العربية السعودية والعالم. وضرورة عقد لقاءات دورية بين كل من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم المناهج والتدريس والمديرين والمعلمين بهدف تزويدهم بأحدث المستجدات في مجال التخصص. \nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The study aimed to uncover the effectiveness of designing a website for the development of the skills of field education students at the Faculty of Education at Hail University through the design of a website to develop the skills of students, provide them with all the information they need and update them constantly with everything new. In addition, it aimed to provide a range of educational aid materials to assist in the implementation of the field education program, and provide feedback and appropriate recommendations to existing stakeholders and participants in the field education program for the development of the program. The study was based on the descriptive and semi-experimental approaches. The study tools were the design of the website and the preparation of a questionnaire. The results of the study confirmed that the field education students benefited from the website in various fields and in varying degrees, their attitudes toward the site were largely positive, because the designed site provided them with potentials and advantages which made learning meaningful and conferred activity, vitality and achievement of the students. The study recommended the need for increasing the awareness of students about the benefits of using websites in teaching, as well as informing them of its important role that it can play in the development of teaching and in improving its results. Besides, it recommended the need to update the field education program in line with the developments in the field of education in Saudi Arabia and the world. Moreover, it recommended the need to hold periodic meetings between each of the faculty members in the Department of Curriculum and Methodology, managers and teachers with a view to provide them with the latest developments in the field of specialization.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
