| المستخلص: | اشتملت الدراسة على المقدمة وأهمية البحث والتي كانت مدخلا لموضوع الدراسة فضلا عن مشكلة البحث التي وجد الباحثان انه ان هناك ضعف لدى طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في تعلم مهارة التصويب بكرة السلة كما وتضمن البحث التعرف على تأثير استخدام التدريب الذهني على الأداء الحركي لمهارة التصويب من الثبات في درس كرة السلة فضلا عن فرض البحث . وشمل البحث الدراسات النظرية والدراسات المشابهة بموضوع الدراسة وهي التدريب الذهني ونظرياته وأساليبه إضافة إلى الدراسات النظرية وهي دراسة ( دان روكرفيلد) لصالح (National Collegiate Athletic Association) جمعية الرياضة الجماعية الوطنية في الولايات المتحدة ، حيث اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 411 لاعب كرة سلة في مرحلة الدراسة الثانوية لفرق ولايات الساحل الغربي الأمريكي. وشمل البحث منهج البحث وإجراءاته الميدانية إذ استخدم فيه المنهج التجريبي لحل مشكلة البحث فضلا عن شرح مفصل لكل ما اجراه الباحث من إجراءات للتوصل إلى النتائج مدعمة بالتواريخ للمدة من 1/3/2011 ولغاية 28/4/2011 واستعراض الأدوات المستخدمة في البحث فضلا عن الوسائل الإحصائية المستخدمة للتوصل للنتائج .وشمل البحث عرض ومناقشة وتحليل النتائج \ عمد الباحثان في هذا الفصل باستعراض النتائج التي توصل لها من خلال استخدام الوسائل الإحصائية معروضة على شكل جداول ثم ناقشا النتائج التي حصلا عليها من خلال استخدام التدريب الذهني في تعلم مهارة التصويب بكرة السلة.أما استنتاجات وتوصيات البحث هي \ في ضوء النتائج التي توصل لها الباحثان عمدا إلى تلخيص عدد من الاستنتاجات ومنها : \ - إن منهج التدريب الذهني من المناهج الحديثة والمؤثرة والمحببة لدى العينة بسبب استخدام عملية التصوير والتفكير . \ وعدد من التوصيات منها : \ - يمكن الاستفادة من منهج التدريب الذهني المعد من قبل الباحثان و تعميمه على باقي المهارات الأخرى في هذه اللعبة . \ The study included provided and the importance of research, which was an introduction to the subject of the study as well as a research problem that researchers found that if there is a weakness among the students of the Faculty of Physical Education in learning the skill of shooting the basketball as the research involved identifying the impact of the use of training mental performance motor skill correction of stability in He studied basketball as well as the imposition of the search.
