| 520 | |a أولا: مشكلة الدراسة: لقد شهدت المنظمات الأهلية اهتماما بالغا خلال السنوات الخمسة عشرة الماضية سواء كان ذلك في الدول النامية أو الدول الأخذة في النمو، حتى باتت هذه المنظمات تشكل جزءا من النسيج الاجتماعي المصري ومكونا رئيسا من مكونات البيئة التنظيمية له، لهذا أصبحت المنظمات الاهلية طرف غاية في الأهمية في العملية التنموية حيث تقوم بدور رئيس في تلبية حاجات المجتمع المتنوعة وعلى نطاق واسع سواء كانت هذه الحاجات اجتماعية أو اقتصادية. وانطلاقا من هذا الاهتمام والدور المنوط بهذه المنظمات الأهلية، يتحتم تحديد طبيعة متطلبات تحقيق البناء المؤسسي للمنظمات الأهلية، ذلك على اعتبار أن استمرارية المنظمات الأهلية تعني اعتمادها على قدرات كافية لإدارة وتمويل أنشطتها المختلفة بفعالية على مدار فترة طويلة، وعملية البناء المؤسسي للمنظمات الأهلية هي العملية التي يتم من خلالها تطوير هذه القدرات المنظمات وتقويتها. ثانيا: مفاهيم الدراسة: (أ) مفهوم المتطلبات. (ب) البناء المؤسسي. (ج) مفهوم المنظمات الأهلية. ثالثا: الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة: تنتمي هذه الدراسة وفقا لأهدافها إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، ولقد استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، وتمثل المجال البشري في "57" مفردة من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في المنظمات الأهلية، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة في بعض المنظمات الأهلية بالشرقية. رابعا: نتائج الدراسة: 1- أكدت الدراسة على حتمية تعظيم الاستفادة من الإطار المفاهيمي لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع في تحقيق البناء المؤسسي للمنظمات الأهلية. 2- أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتحقيق القدرة التنظيمية للمنظمات الأهلية 3- أفادت الدراسة بضرورة التركيز على تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية للمنظمات الأهلية. 4- أشارت الدراسة إلى أهمية تحقيق المؤسسة في المنظمات الأهلية. 5- أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التركيز على بعد الاستمرارية كأحد أبعاد البناء المؤسسي للمنظمات الأهلية. 6- أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات المستقبلية حول متغير البناء المؤسسي للمنظمات الأهلية. | ||
| 520 | |b firstly: study problem: The civil organizations have been given a great importance through the last fifteen years whether it was in the developmental countries or the countries where they try to develop, until these organizations become an important part of the social Egyptian texture, and a main component of the organizational environment components, so the civil organizations become an important extreme specially in the developmental process because it achieve an important role in satisfying the various needs of society, and on a wide circle whether these needs were social or economic. Setting off this interest and the obligatory role of these civil organizations, so it is necessary to limit the nature of the requirements of achieving the institutional building for the civil organizations, this is because of continuity of the civil organizations mean its rely on enough abilities to manage and finance its different activities effectively through a long time. The process of the institutional building for the civil organizational is the process which through it can be achieved the development of these abilities inside these organizations and strengthening it. Secondly: The study concepts: A) Requirements concept. B) The Institutional building. C) The civil organizational concept. Thirdly; Methodological procedures: This study according to its aim- belongs to the type of analytical descriptive studies, the study uses the social survey method by sample, the human field is in "51" items of the social workers who working in the civil organization, and it was applied this study in some civil organizations in sharkia Fourthly: Study Results: (1) The study assures on the necessity of the benefit of the conceptualization stricture for the society organization method in achieving the institutional building for the civil organization. (2) The study recommends with the necessity of achieving the organizational ability for the civil organizations. (3) The study clarifies that it is necessary to concentrate on achieving the organizational effectiveness for the civil organizational effectiveness for the civil organizations. (4) The study points (5) The study recommends with concentrating on sustain ability dimension as one of the institutional building dimensions for the civil organizations. (6) The study recommends with the necessity of achieving many future studies around the institutional building invariable for the civil organizations. | ||
