| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع خدمات التأهيل الاجتماعي المقدمة للمعاقين بمؤسسات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، من خلال التعرف على طبيعة هذه الخدمات والأسس التي تراعيها المؤسسات عند تصميم البرنامج التأهيلي المتبع مع المعاقين والتعرف على الأنشطة التي تسهم في تأهيل المعاقين اجتماعيا بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه هذه المؤسسات وتحول دون تحقيق أهدافها في التأهيل الاجتماعي للمعاقين وصولا إلى تقديم اقتراحات لزيادة فعالية الخدمات التي تحقق التأهيل الاجتماعي للمعاقين بالمؤسسات، واعتمدت الدراسة على أداتين للوصول إلى هذه الأهداف ومنها استمارة استبار للمعاقين ممن يفوق سنهم الثامنة عشرة وطبقت على 210 معاق، وتم استخدام المقابلات شبه المقننة لجمع المعلومات من المسؤولين بالمؤسسات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أكثر الخدمات التأهيلية التي تقدمها المؤسسات للمستفيدين تتمثل في مساعدة المعاقين على تقبل الإعاقة والتكيف معها ومساعدة المعاقين للتخلص من المشاعر السلبية الناتجة عن الإعاقة، ثم تدريب المعاقين على تحمل المسؤولية من خلال المشاركة في أنشطة الجماعة بالمؤسسة، وتوصلت إلى التزام المؤسسات بمراعاة دراسة احتياجات المعاقين وقدراتهم عند وضع البرنامج التأهيلي ومناسبة البرنامج لكافة المعاقين المستفيدين من الخدمات التأهيلية، أما بالنسبة للصعوبات التي تحول دون تحقيق التأهيل الاجتماعي فتحددت في قلة الموارد المادية المخصصة للخدمات التأهيلية، وعدم انتظام المعاق في الحضور للمؤسسة للاستفادة من خدماتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاقتراحات التي تسهم في زيادة فعالية خدمات التأهيل الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر المستفيدين من خدماتها والعاملين فيها. The study aims to identify the reality of rehabilitation services provided by social institutions for the disabled with special needs, by identifying the nature of these services and the foundations on which institutions take into account when designing a rehabilitation program followed with disabilities and to identify activities that contribute to the social rehabilitation of the disabled In addition to the identification of the difficulties faced by these institutions and prevent the achievement of its objectives in the social rehabilitation of the disabled access to submit proposals for increasing the effectiveness of services that meet the social rehabilitation of the disabled in institutions and study relied on tools to reach these goals, including the form Questionnaire for people with disabilities who are over the age of eighteen and applied to 210 disabled And the use of semi-structured interviews inhalers to collect information from officials of the institutions, the study found more rehabilitative services provided by the institutions of the beneficiaries is to help the disabled to accept disability and adapt to them and help disabled people to get rid of the negative feelings resulting from the disability, then the training of disabled people to take responsibility through participation in activities Community Foundation And reached an institutional commitment to the observance of the study of the needs of disabled people and their capabilities when developing the qualifying program and appropriate program for all disabled beneficiaries of rehabilitation services, but for the difficulties that hinder the achievement of social rehabilitation has been identified in the lack of material resources allocated to services for rehabilitation, and the irregularity of the disabled in attendance for the institution to take advantage of its services, the study found a set of proposals that contribute to increasing the effectiveness of social rehabilitation services from the perspective of the beneficiaries of its services and its staff. |
