المستخلص:In this study, we applied the Titius-Bode law to the configuration of some exoplanetary systems and used the law to predict planets in these systems. A list of planets belonging to systems containing more than 4 planets is prepared for our study and the properties of those planets and their host stars are shown. Our sample contains 175 exoplanets that are hosted by 39 stars. Thirty-two systems host 141 of these planets were detected by the transit method, Six systems involves 30 planets were detected by the radial velocity method and only one system (HR8799) with 4 planets was detected by direct imaging. Since most of the systems are found to have small semi major axes, therefore we introduced the novel idea of scaling up those systems for the purpose of applying the T-B law. The method proved to be effective and many configurations are found to fit the T-B law. This is a novel value despite that a profound explanation might be needed to explain the scaling. We found that our sample fits well with the scaled T-B law with an average percent of about 88% except for the systems Kepler-11 and Kepler-90 that do not fit the law. We used the T-B law to predict the existence of undetected planets in the exoplanetary systems under study.
