| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس للتعرف على مستوى اتخاذ القرار لدى مدربي السباحة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من مدربي السباحة لمستوى الناشئين بمحافظتي القاهرة والجيزة وبلغ عددهم (146) مدرباً.\nأهم الاستخلاصات:\n-\tبلغ عدد محاور مقياس اتخاذ القرار (5) محاور و (34) عبارة.\n-\tتراوح معامل الصدق للاستمارة باستخدام الاتساق الداخلي (0.546 – 0.936).\n-\tتراوح معامل الثبات للاستمارة ما بين (0.75 إلى 0.89).\n-\tميزان التقدير ثلاثي (أوافق "ثلاث درجات" – إلى حد ما "درجتان" – لا أوافق "درجة واحدة").\n-\tالدرجة الكلية للمقياس (102) درجة والدرجة الصغرى (34) درجة.\nأهم التوصيات:\n•\tاستخدام المقياس قيد البحث للتعرف على قدرة مدرب السباحة في اتخاذ القرار.\n•\tاستخدام المقياس قيد البحث لتقييم قدرة مدرب السباحة المبتدئ في اتخاذ القرار.\n•\tاستخدام مقياس اتخاذ القرار في الارتقاء بمستوى مدربي السباحة.\n The research aims to build a measure to identify the decision-making level of swimming instructors. The researcher used a descriptive approach. The sample was selected in a randomly stratified manner from among swimming instructors for junior level in Cairo and Giza governorates, and they numbered (146) trainers.\nThe most important conclusions:\n- The number of axes for decision-making reached (5) axes and (34) words.\n- The validity factor of the questionnaire ranged using internal consistency (0.546 — 0.936).\n- The reliability factor of the questionnaire ranged from (0.75 to 0.89).\n- Triple-grade balance (I agree "three degrees" — to somewhat "two degrees" — I do not agree "one degree").\n- The total grade of the scale (102) and the micro degree (34) degrees.\nThe most important recommendations:\n• Using scale in question to identify the ability of the swimming instructor to make the decision.\n• Using the scale in question to assess the ability of a junior swimming instructor to make the decision.\n• Using the measure of decision-making to upgrade swimming instructors' level.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
