| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم الغضب وضوابطه في إيقاع الطلاق؛ بحيث يتميز الغضب الذي يعذر به الإنسان ولا يقع طلاقه معه، من الغضب الذي لا يعتد به ويقع معه الطلاق، حيث إن الأمر حدث به لبس؛ فأصبح كثير من الناس يتذرع ويتهرب من الطلاق الواقع بحقه بذريعة الغضب، وكذلك الأمر عند المفتين؛ فأصبح هناك تخبط في تحديد ضابط الغضب المعتد به ووصفه؛ لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة بياناً وتوضيحا لذلك، وحسماً للخلاف فيه. This research deals with the concept of anger and its controls in the divorce occurrence, so that anger with which a person is excused and his divorce does not take place with him, The anger with which a person is excused and his divorce does not occur is distinguished from anger that is irrelevant and divorce occurs with him, as the matter has happened in confusion. Many people have come to invoke and evade divorce against him on the pretext of anger, as is the case with the muftis. There has become a confusion in identifying and describing the rule of the anger that is used.
