| 520 | |a وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على آليات تطوير إدارة المنشآت الرياضية من خلال تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على تنظيم وإدارة المنشآت الرياضية وتحديد إختصاصات الشخص المسؤول عن الإدارة والتعرف على الإتجاهات الحديثة في إدارة المنشآت الرياضية، وإستخدم المنهج الوصفي - الدراسات المسحية، وقد بلغ عدد عينة البحث ( 65 ) فرداً من القيادات الإدارية بالأندية والإتحادات الرياضية ومديري المنشآت الرياضية ومعلمي التربية الرياضية ومنظمي الأحداث الرياضية، وإستخدم الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، كما إستخدم المتوسط الحسابي والنسبة المئوية والإنحراف المعياري ومعامل إرتباط بيرسون وإختبار " ت " ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ لمعالجة البيانات إحصائياً . أهم الإستخلاصات . 1 - عدم ربط المنشأة الرياضية بالبيئة المحيطة بها . 2 - عدم وجود دراسات جدوى إقتصادية للمنشأة . 3 - عدم دراسة معوقات التشغيل . 4 - عدم وضوح الإختصاصات داخل المنشأة . 5 - عدم وجود معايير للرقابة على المنشأة الرياضية . أهم التوصيات . 1 - بالتخطيط طويل المدى عند إنشاء المنشآت الرياضية وتقدير التكلفة الإقتصادية للمنشأة ، وإجراء دراسات جدوى إقتصادية للمنشأة . 2 - ربط المنشأة الرياضية بالبيئة المحيطة بها، مع إختيار التصميم المعماري المناسب . 3 - التغلب على معوقات التشغيل . 4 - ضرورة التقييم الدوري والمستمر لكل العاملين بالمنشأة الرياضية . 5 - وضع معايير للرقابة على كل المنشآت الرياضية . 6 - تحديد الإختصاصات بدقة داخل المنشأة . |b The research mainly aims to identify the Mechanisms of developing the sports facilities management in the Arab Republic of Egypt, through determining the factors affecting organizing and managing the sports facilities and determining the properties of the person responsible of managing the facility, and identify ing the modem trends in managing the facility. The researcher used the descriptive method on a sample of (65) subjects were randomly selected from the administrative leaderships working in the Egyptian sports clubs, sports federations, managers of the sporting facilities, Physical education teachers, and sports events organizers. The researcher used the questionnaire as a method for collecting data. For data processing used arithmetic means, percentages, standard deviations. Person coefficient correlation. “T” test. Alpha Kronpakh equation. The most important conclusions: - The facility is not connected to the surrounded environment. - There are no economic feasibility studies for the facility. - No studies of operating constraints. - Unclear competences within the facility. - The lack of standards in controlling the facility. The most important recommendations: - Conducting the long term planning when establishing the sports facility, and estimating the economical coast of facility and conducting economic feasibility studies for the facility. - Connecting the facility to the surrounded environment, and selecting the suitable architect design. - Overcoming the operating constraints. - The importance of periodical and continuous evaluation for the staff of the facility. - Conducting control standards of the sports facility. - Accurately determining competences within the sports facility.
