| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى بناء قائمة لأخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية بمحافظة القاهرة الكبرى من خلال الابعاد التالية :- 1- أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو نفسه . 2- أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو المهنة . 3- أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو زملاء المهنة . 4- أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو الطلاب . 5- أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو أولياء الأمور . 6- أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو المجتمع. واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي وبلغت حجم عينة البحث (340) معلم من محافظات : ( اللقاهرة – الجيزة- القلوبية ) واعتمد الباحث على العديد من المعاملات العلمية لبناء القائمة المقترحة منها (صدق المحتوى- صدق الاتساق الداخلى- صدق المرتبط بالمحك – معامل الفا لحساب الثبات ) وكما اجرى الباحث التحليل العاملى على استجابات عينة البحث وتوصل الى القائمة بالشكل النهائى على النحو التالى :تتكون قائمة أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية من (6) أبعاد ويضم (49) عبارة وهى :- • البعد الأول : أخلاقيات معلمي التربية الرياضية نحو نفسه ويتضمن (8) عبارات. • البعد الثاني : أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو المهنة ويتضمن (10) عبارات. • البعد الثالث : أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو زملاء المهنة ويتضمن (9) عبارات. • البعد الرابع : أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو الطلاب ويتضمن (9) عبارات. • البعد الخامس : أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو أولياء الأمور ويتضمن (7) عبارات. • البعد السادس : أخلاقيات معلم التربية الرياضية نحو المجتمع ويتضمن (8) عبارات. This research aims to list Alybina ethics physical education teacher Greater Cairo governorate through the following dimensions: - 1 - the ethics of physical education teacher about himself. 2 - the ethics of physical education teacher about the profession. 3 - the ethics of physical education teacher colleagues about the profession. 4 - the ethics of physical education teacher about the students. 5 - the ethics of physical education teacher about parents. 6 - the ethics of physical education teacher to the community. And the use of a researcher descriptive method and reached the size of the research sample (340) teachers from the provinces of: (Allqahirh - Giza - Alkaulwbah) and adopted a researcher on many transactions Scientific to build the proposed list of them (Believe content - Believe internal consistency - Believe associated Palmg - coefficient alpha to calculate stability) the researcher also conducted factor analysis on the responses of a sample search and arrive at the final list format as follows: the list of ethics teacher of Physical Education (6) dimensions and features (49) is, namely: - • The first dimension: the ethics of physical education teachers about the same and includes (8) phrases. • The second dimension: the ethics of physical education teacher about the profession and includes (10) phrases. • The third dimension: the ethics of physical education teacher colleagues about the profession and includes (9) phrases. • The fourth dimension: the ethics of physical education teacher about students and includes (9) phrases. • fifth dimension: the ethics of physical education teacher about parents Alamuruatdmn (7) phrases. • Dimension VI: the ethics of a teacher of physical education to the community and includes (8) phrases. |
