| المستخلص: | إستهدف الدراسة التعرف على الآثار الإقتصادية لتطبيق حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية على صناعة برمجيات الأحداث الرياضية وذلك من خلال : \ (1) إجراءات حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية فى صناعة البرمجيات الرياضية والمتمثلة فى " مفهوم حماية الملكية الفكرية فى صناعة البرمجيات الرياضية – المبادئ الرئيسية لإتفاقية حقوق الملكية الفكرية – براءات إختراع البرمجيات فى ظل إتفاقية التربس – أشكال حماية البرمجيات الرياضية وفقاً لإتفاقية التربس – أحكام القانون المصرى لحماية حقوق المؤلف وحقوق المجاورة – الجهات المعنية بحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية ". \ (2) آثار حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية على صناعة البرمجيات الرياضية فى مصر " تقليل خسائر البرمجيات الرياضية وغير الرياضية – الإستفادة من عناصر القوة فى صناعة البرمجيات الرياضية – معالجة عناصر الضعف فى صناعة البرمجيات الرياضية " وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قوامها(150) فرداً تم إختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من العاملين بالقنوات الفضائية المصرية الخاصة والحكومية هذا وقد استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفى المسحى لمناسبتة لطبيعة الدراسة وتم إستخدام استمارة استبيان من تصميم الباحثين كأداة رئيسية فى جمع البيانات ، وإستخدمت المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إستخدام النموذج المقترح من نتائج استمارة الإستبيان. \ The research aims to identify the economic effects of the application of intellectual property rights protection on the software industry sporting events through: (1) procedures for the protection of intellectual property rights in the software industry and sports represented in "the concept of protection of intellectual property in the software industry sports - the main principles of the Convention on intellectual property rights - software patents under the TRIPS agreement - sports forms of software protection according to the TRIPS Agreement - the provisions of Egyptian law for the protection of copyright and neighboring rights - those concerned with the protection of intellectual property rights. "(2) The effects of the protection of intellectual property rights to the software industry sports in Egypt "reduce software losses sports and non-sports - to take advantage of the elements of power in the software industry Sports - address elements of weakness in the software industry Sports. \ The research has been applied on a sample of 150 individuals were selected randomly from Egyptian workers satellite TV private and government. \ The researchers used the descriptive survey method for relevance to the nature of the study was the use of a questionnaire designed by the researchers as a key tool in data collection, and used appropriate statistical treatments.
